Rialto

The location was excellent. Right in the heart of the old town walking distance from many sites of interest. The breakfast was very good.

We stayed for two nights. We arrived extremely early as we had exited a cruise. We were hoping to store our luggage and as it turned out they had a room ready and allowed us to check in early. We were grateful. Everyone and everything was great with the exception of no coffee pot in the bedroom. I must say they have many varieties to choose from in the cafeteria. They advertise a continental breakfast but it is much more!

It was our perfect stay in Barcelona. Our room was air conditioned, breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the staff was wonderful.

The staff was very helpful to American travelers trying to navigate the city. Great breakfast spread with so many delicious choices! Amazing property that has a unique history and is very well updated and maintained.

Wonderful location and staff. We loved having 2 separate spaces and beds for our teenage sons. Simple room and clean place to stay.

Mk make sure they give you two keys. otherwise your room a/c will turn off every time you leave. Great cleaning staff and front office staff. The breakfast staff actually yelled at me to love because she wanted to put glasses away under the coffee machine while I was getting coffee. I did not care much for the breakfast variety.

It felt like a 5 star hotel for sure. Breakfast buffet was amazing and everything tasted good, so much variety! Hotel staff are helpful and hotel kept very clean. The balcony views were great. 10/10 recommend

What a beautiful property in a great location. The area is busy, but not as busy as the city center.

Great location

I have stayed at Rialto twice and would recommend it again. I like the location, breakfast, and the rooms. The problem I had was that I had booked my first night before my cruise but then later my travel agent took over my planning and finished booking some of my trip. I assumed I would be booking my hotel stay after the cruise since I had booked the first, but we ended up double booking the hotel for the night after my cruise. I found out about the mistake before my stay, and talked to the hotel, but their "booking agent" had taken Sunday off and they couldn't do anything. Expedia said they could take care of the mistake and were willing to cancel one of the reservations but had to get Rialto's permission. Rialto refused to allow me to cancel the double booked reservation and I had to pay double for the room. My mistake, but it makes me wonder why they would be so uncaring.

Breakfast was great! Rooms facing the court yard were a little loud. Staff es very helpful.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Joel got us checked in swiftly and made excellent recommendations for dinner. We were always greeted by the staff as we came in or left the property. The location was great and convenient to points of interest, restaurants and shops. Our room looked over the street which was a great view but at night you could hear revelers and cars. If you’re a light sleeper, you may want to request an interior room. Morning buffet was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!
