clean room/ excelent staff and walking distance to " point of interest". No air conditioning, just open the window.

Front desk was friendly and accommodating.

Great hotel in a central location, can walk everywhere, friendly staff. Rooms are very small but clean, only downside was it was so hot and they had turned the air con off, but if you opened the windows it was very noisy, even though we had a courtyard window.

Location is perfect, in gothic quarter. Room a bit small, but breakfast was excellent

I was on a trip with myself and my partner we had been received at the front desk of “Rialto” and were checked in smoothly. Our room from a hotel that has received 3 stars was what we had expected. It was clean and we were provide the essential of a hairdryer, q-tips, cotton pads and a dental kit as well. My partner and I both work in the hospitality industry and immediately noticed a couple of hiccups when it came to the bathroom. The shower has a handle and because it’s an open shower allot of the water ends up in the floor hence us using allot of towels, but what made this interesting is since it’s a small bathroom and we do enjoy showering with hot water the next day in the shower there was some mild that appeared on top. Again it’s nothing shocking it’s actually pretty easy to get mold with how the bathroom was designed but since we had not seen it there prior we imagined they were made aware and were removing it for each room with some type of chemical. Besides that this hotel offers extreme advantages to the walking distance of many popular spots, I would highly recommend walking to our daily dose of coffe place that was called “ Torradors Bon Mercat Llibreteria” there was not a single day that we would go it’s small but it feels so homey in a way the coffee can be smelled inside and its sweet with a mix of that smokey coffee. Any best part it’s a waking distance of 7 min from Hotel. In overall the hotel “Rialto” was an experience and would recommend as a first time.

Excellent location & breakfast

The hotel was clean, yhe staff where friendly. Shower had lots of hot water and great pressure. The hotel is inbetween two subdway lines and close to lots of dofferent bus routes. The breakfast was delicious with lots of hot and cold options.

Room was nice and clean. Staff is excellent.i gave a 3 star rating because I would constantly lose the internet connection. Breakfast buffet hot items were cold. No coffee maker in room or a kettle. There was a coffee machine in the lobby but one morning it was broken.

I couldn’t get any hot water and had to call the front desk. He arrived promptly but it turned out that the hot water valve had been turned off and was hiding behind a shelf holding the bath towels. Even if I had known to look there I would have had to stand on a chair or the toilet seat to see and reach it. Who turns off the hot water valve in a hotel room. The room was small, the shower large and the entire place very clean. Centrally located in the old Gothic part of the city. Good value for the money ($90/night without breakfast). A friend was paying over $300 for her room in a different hotel. She got a tub, minibar, and included breakfast. Had it not been for the hot water fiasco I probably would have rated it 5 stars.

Otima localização, equipe muuuuito cordial ( principalmente o atendente argentino e o mensageiro uruguaio, nao perguntei os nomes). Unico ponto negativo e que o quarto tem um pouco de cheiro de mofo. Tem que chegar e abrir as janelas. Indo a Barcelona. Me hopedaroainovamebte la!
