Great location in Gothic Quarter, close to metro stations Clean comfortable room and excellent staff on duty during our stay

Very great location couldn’t get any better. Clean, staff were hopeful. Didn’t have breakfast. Plenty to eat around. Only negative room to small, no coffee facilities and if neighbours noisy you hear it all. You could hear water running through pipes like shower or toilet flushing. It could have been just our room though!

The location of this hotel was excellent as there were cafes, pubs, stores, and wonderful architecture very close-by, and we were able to walk to most places we wanted to see. The desk staff were helpful and pleasant.

Le hubiera dado cuatro por su ubicación y en general por el personal , pero increíblemente compré unas entradas en el hotel para ir a un show de flamenco , me dijeron q la tarjeta no había pasado por Apple Pay q necesitaba una física , les doy otra tarjeta y me cobraron en la tarjeta física 2 entradas y en la de Apple Pay 3 entradas q era lo correcto , intenté varias veces hablar con el hotel , envié e mail con evidencia de los cargos pero me indicaron que como no coincidían los cargos no podían corregir , me parece el colmo fue la única vez q utilice esa tarjeta en España para los boletos . Así que tengan cuidado si dan sus tarjetas para comprar algo en el hotel

Godt hotel og rigtig fin beliggenhed, men forvent ingen hjælp i receptionen mht vejvisning (på deres egne kort) eller anbefalinger mht spisesteder undtagen det ene sted de samarbejder med, dertil taler de for dårligt engelsk. Morgenmadsbuffet fremragende og personalet der betjener den er rigtigt imødekommende og hjælpsomme. Sengene fine og badeværelset godt

This hotel was conveniently located near La Rambla and not far from the Cathedral of Barcelona. The lobby was spacious and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good in a large and comfortable dining room. Locals indicated the area might be a little dicey at night, but we dined at one of the nearby restaurants and did our strolling during daylight hours. It is not close to some of the big attractions, e.g., Sagrada Familia or other Gaudi works of art, but cabs were plentiful and reasonable in price.

Friendly, helpful staff and awesome location. Clean room, comfortable beds (twin beds), hot shower. No in-room coffee, but in walking distance to Starbucks. We will stay again.

Cool little spot in the older part of Barcelona. Staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. European boutique hotel, room was very clean and spacious considering it was classed as a double. Was very busy as we, along with many other guests, were joining a cruise the next day, but the staff were fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Second stay at this lovely little hotel in the heart of Barcelona. Staff are helpful to meet your needs in the room or for transportation. Rooms are clean with everything that is needed for a short stay to explore the city.

Good location, close to the Rambla. Taxis won't take you to the front of hotel, especially difficult after a 14 days cruise.

Breakfast was great. Room and facilities freshly renovated with old world vibe respected. Excellent location! Hint...if using Black and Yellow taxi...instruct taxi to drop you in front of hotel...not in the square. From the cruise port to Rialto, Gothic Quarter, should be under 30 and dropped at front door. Live and learn! :) They were very fast , no wait, short drive.

They do not communicate with you and they do not respond.Great location nice little hotel lavish breakfast in an adorable basement area that’s fixed up like a wine cellar. I would’ve even given them two stars because I had a problem with the website that charged me $200 for an improper date.. This was not my mistake, but the website would not correct it and told me to contact the hotel and if the hotel said that I didn’t have a reservation then they would refund the $200. Despite numerous times of contacting the hotel, they never once responded. This was really terrible. All they had to do was say she’s not booked here so they cost me $200 no matter how many times I contacted them.

Le petit déjeuner était excellent, avec un très grand choix d'aliments. C'est vraiment le point fort de cet hôtel. Très bien situé dans le quartier Gotique. Le personnel est très courtois.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Rialto in Barcelona! The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The showers were absolutely incredible — honestly some of the most comfortable and relaxing showers I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. The staff was exceptional: friendly, professional, and always ready to help. They even assisted me in getting tickets to the beautiful Sagrada Família (which was sold out until May 18, 2026 and we were leaving on May 8, 2026) this made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. Perfect location, wonderful service, and a great overall experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona! Absolutely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Oh and not to mention the breakfast so many choices and delicious pastries.

The AC didn’t seem to be working but the room cooled off at night so wasn’t a big deal. The room was small and there was no hot water for the shower one morning. The location was good though; right in the centre of the Gothic district, but the hotel was very quiet
