Super friendly staff and a really nice breakfast, great views and entire Vaxholm Berit walkable and being just next to the boats, this is a great get-away hotel for couples and families!!

There is no lobby or reception amenities like we experienced at many other European stays, but that was okay. Staff was nice enough. Didn’t interact much since we didn’t need much. The room was a surprise in a good way. Extremely spacious and with a table and seating area. Lots of chairs for relaxing and lots of outlets. It was clean and stayed super cool. The location really can’t be beat. Waterfront bakeries within a few minutes walk and step out the door to be right in the heart of Gamla Stan. Worth it!

Great location. Staff was very nice and helpful. Had an elevator as well that came in handy for luggage. This was my second time staying there and I’ll definitely stay there again.

It was not clear to me that this was a shared bathroom hotel. It did not end up being an issue for anyone in the family as there was always a bathroom available, they were very clean and private. But I do wish Expedia did a better job at highlighting this type of unique hotel details

Make sure you have your room card on you at all times. The lock out fee is ridiculous — 3000 SEK!

Perfectly serviceable lodging for me, two kids and my mom, for three nights. Best thing about this place is the location. On the quieter side of GS, but near the harbor and ferries. Close to everything you want to see. Room is fine. Elevator to bring your bags up. Reception was polite. We didn’t have breakfast. Shower makes a mess (squeegee for floor, provided) but it didn’t dampen our experience. Well priced, excellent location, would stay here again.

There are only two positive things about this hotel: its cleanliness and its excellent location. Apart from that, it offers very little to make a visitor's stay in beautiful Stockholm enjoyable. The lack of a receptionist after 10:00 p.m. is a major problem for guests arriving on late flights or whose flights are delayed. The hotel simply locks its doors, leaving late-arriving guests outside with no access to the hotel and no accommodation for the night. This is unacceptable, especially when travel delays are beyond a guest's control.

Close to the fun center of Old Town. Close to Museums and waterfront. Easy access by car but no parking so uber is recommended. We had a small room but that's just fine since we spent time out in town.

The bathroom smelled terrible. We had to keep the door shut all the time. The building seemed to need a renovation of some kind. For the price, we got what we expected.

The properties in a great location. Some of the things that were mentioned that it provided like a freshwater dispenser and blackout curtains weren’t actually there. There was also no air-conditioning which under normal circumstances would not be an issue but I had some hot weather during my stay. Had very minimal interaction with the staff but overall a great stay and I didn’t really require anything from them.

Fantastic location in Old Town Stockholm. Parking very expensive but super close so it was worth it plus we split it three ways so easier to justify. It was very clean and I had to email a question about returning key since we left for the airport super early and the response was almost immediate. This really eased my mind. I highly recommend this place and would def stay there again if I travel in Stockholm.
