The location is perfectly located across the street from Lake Lugano and within a short walk of downtown. They have an amazing Spa and a Michelin Star restaurant. The staff is always so friendly and makes us feel at home. This is my go to spot in Lugano.

The receptionist Maria was fantastic at checking us in! She showed us around, was very pleasant and enthusiastic and we really appreciated her care when checking us in. The valet parking was ideal for us. Sadly one of our bags was left when reloading by the valet gentlemen but the hotel kindly sent this to us the following day so we have to mark them 10/10 for their service and for how they dealt with the scenario
