Staff is always willing to help with parking, the front office, and the maid. The room is clean; a shower and shampoo have been selected nicely. Though the room is close to the road but there is no noise at all. There are tuk-tuk services to the BTS station, so there is no worry about walking through the alley.

I stayed here for four days and booked two rooms—a Triple and a Compact. The hotel is incredibly comfortable and clean. The facilities are complete, and every member of the staff was friendly and very helpful. The location is very strategic; it's close to the BTS station, and getting a motorbike taxi or a Grab is effortless. This allowed me to visit many destinations without wasting time on transportation. The comfort of this hotel left a great impression on my parents, who were visiting Bangkok for the first time. I highly recommend this hotel! See you again soon—I will definitely stay here again. I have stayed here many times and have never been disappointed with this hotel. The bedroom is fragrant, clean and very new. The four pillows are soft and make you sleep very comfortably. The TV is huge and you can watch Netflix until you don't want to go anywhere. The breakfast is very delicious and has a lot of variety. All the staff are well-mannered and polite. I highly recommend this UHG branch. I give it 10/10. I will go back to stay again.

Good location. In front of Hua Lamphong MRT station, so it's easy to explore the city. There are bus stops also. The railway station is on the other side of the road. The facilities for me are good. They have an elevator, so it's a plus for me. My room is on the inner part, so it's not noisy and you can sleep very well. Housekeeping is done every day. They change tissue and free 1 bottle of water every day that is being put in the mini fridge inside the room. It's clean, and they have a restaurant, though it's only open at 8 AM. They also had a laundry machine. You just need to have your own soap or fabric conditioner. Aside from that, 7-Eleven is within walking distance, and there's food being sold outside the hostel.

One of my favorite hotels and family. It's in the middle of the city. Access everywhere is close. If you want to find food around the hotel, you will also have to live on 100 M. Starting from Halal food to non-Halal food, you can find it easily near this hostel. If you want to go anywhere you can take the Bus, Tuktuk, MRT and BTS because it is close to all terminals. The breakfast is also good. Buffet system in the hotel next door. Basically, I am very satisfied to stay here.
