My tv didn't work the entire time. The room had signs of degradation and it wasn't the most comfortable stay. At times the noise of others chatting infront of my door was concerning.

It wasn't how the picture showed at all. I was just looking for a few nights of rest while my AC unit at home was being repaired. The unit next door had way too many people coming and gowing through the night. Made we wonder if there wasn't something else going on. I think these hotels/motels should try to accommodate both family and individuals by keeping them separate.

Untrustworthy business practices,not worried about any thing but making a dollar today.very very unaware of what it takes to be a real business.their practices resolve around getting your payment and making it so aggravating to get a refund that more than likely you'll just say keep it and never go back.thats what they want you to do so they make it a huge obstacle to aggravate you enough to throw your hands up

The staff was pleasant. That's about the best I can say the room condition wasn't great, people outside the room drinking in smoking area not really causing problems but had little kids running up and down the balcony past our room pretty late at night around midnight making noise, the pool was out of order, the ice machine didn't work, the sink kept filling up and not draining, a room on our floor didn't even have window glass just plastic sheets up and there where people staying in that room, it just wasn't a good atmosphere and the cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

They had no extra towels or rags or toilet paper. They staff is never there to help. Got locked out and it took time to get back in. They charged me twice and didn’t answer the phone so Expedia could give me my refund. The lady is rude and pregnant. They don’t have enough staff and need to hire more people.

The room was dirty. The kind of dirty that makes you not want to touch anything. The bed was clean and comfortable. There was no trash can in our room. The TV didn't ever work.I had paid for a room for our friend who had to have surgery and couldn't come. The desk wouldn't let me use the room for anyone else or even answer hotels.com when they called to request a refund for his room. I know it was non-refundable but have had good luck in the past when there has been circumstances beyond my control. We were there for 5 days. Nothing was done to refresh the room. No fresh towels. The beautiful pool was locked up. Our $100.00 damage fee was not refunded. I hope everyone's experience was not that horrible. The hotel could be nice with just a little customer service and soap and water.

Based on our experience, we departed after spending less than two hours in the room during our five-day, four-night reservation. Therefore, I recommend considering an alternative hotel that offers more value for a comparable price. This establishment lacks a welcoming atmosphere; from the initial interaction in the lobby, the so-called 'manager' does not seem inclined to engage with guests. While the staff member who assisted with check-in was kind and attentive. Yes, I had to wait to check in for my "party" to be present like waiting on a table at a restaurant. The drive to the room instilled a sense of urgency to secure the door and conceal even the pennies in my cup holder. Upon entering the room, it was evident that cleanliness was not a priority, with dirt present on the windows and walls, literally, "from the window to the walls". When considering hotel options, safety should be a priority; this establishment falls short. The absence of surveillance cameras raises concerns. Overall atmosphere is uninviting. Comfort is another critical factor, and this location fails as well. One cannot help but feel unclean, like pests lurking or something might fall from the ceiling at any moment. Value offered here is lacking. In comparison, the Howard Johnson by Wyndham is similar price point but offers better amenities, more safety, and a cleaner environment.

Checked in had no towels in room was told they didnt have clean towels and would bring them as soon as possible. Went to office the next day at 5 still no towels the girls in the office were extremely rude when i asked for towels said still none clean. Finally got towels around 8 after already being there for 24 hrs. Tried to access pool was told it was closed they were eaiti g for parts which was not disclosed upon booking or check in because would have booked elsewhere. Have attempted to reach management several times but noone answers phones at property have to text and the response has been there is no management to speak with. Bed was hard and uncomfortable had a king bed with 2 flat pillows asked if we could have 2 more pillows there were none just an all around unpleasant experience.

First, upon arrival, you better hope the front desk agent isnt on her break. Or, your locked out for an hour. To check in, you must fill the paperwork out, go look at the room, then COME BACK to complete the check in process. Her attitude and attention to the customers before me, led me to understand that I was ‘On my own’ for this stay. I ordered 1 king bed, non smoking I got 2 beds. 1 made to sleep. 1 bed with just a comforter, and 2 pillow with NO Pillow cases. This place smelled like they took the ash trays out, and called it “non smoking.” It smelled like a meth lab. No chair No table no closet or any place to hang ANYTHING. No towel racks 1 kitchen trash can with no liner and dirty QTips at the bottom. Toilet was dirty. Shower was dirty. I went and got cleaning stuff and cleaned myself, and hit the room with a can of Fabreeze. Dogs barking. Kids screaming. Dont stay here unless you have “no other alternative” Or paying by the hour to smash hookers.

Property charges did not happen as per travelocity's policy. I was charged for the whole stay before I even checked in. Travelocity's "deposit" structure was not followed. The room was very clean. The lobby looked like an industrial facility and not like a motel lobby. The bare concrete floor was unkept, uneven and dirty. The TV in the room kept "disconnecting" from their wifi system. The MW door was stuck close and I couldn't take out my heated food. There was not maintenance staff during the weekend. So, essentially my first night was a nightmare.
