Serviced apartment in Ba Dinh district. It was a bit hard to find and had limited support in odd hours. The unit was comfortable when I checked in and looked well maintained.

I booked a room at Dao Tan. Overall everything was fine, the parking lot was spacious (a bit steep), the hospital staff was friendly, and so were the cleaning ladies. I booked a room for 2 sisters to stay, the room was not too big but quite clean, quiet, fully equipped with kitchen, stove, refrigerator, pots, pans, bowls and chopsticks - this was a huge plus because we could buy food from outside to cook/heat up. The balcony was not like a tiger cage, so we felt really secure when we arrived. We planned to stay for 3 days, but because my sister felt she slept better than at home, we stayed for 2 more days :))). This area is near West Lake, quite close to Hoan Kiem Lake, so it was convenient to get around. If there is any minus point, it is that the entrance is a bit small, the road is also a bit potholed, those who carry suitcases or heavy things will have a bit of trouble, because the car won't be able to stop right at the door. But with little things like us, the days here are very okay.

My experience here was really disappointing. The location of the homestay was extremely difficult to find, with no clear signs. When I arrived, I found that there was no modern room management system, all information was manually recorded, causing inconvenience and unprofessionalism. The staff did not even know my booking information, causing the check-in process to be long and slow. The room was dirty, with unwashed blankets and pillows. The staff were not always present at the reception desk, making it difficult to contact. In particular, when I discussed with the staff about checking out late, I agreed to pay extra and the staff accepted. However, just a moment later, they called again to kick us out to welcome new guests and even demanded to go into the room to move all our belongings out for new guests to come in. This action was not only unprofessional but also extremely impolite, possibly causing loss of belongings. I will definitely never come back. My experience at this homestay was truly disappointing. Firstly, the location of the homestay is extremely difficult to find. Upon arrival, I noticed that there is no modern room management system; all information is recorded manually, which causes inconvenience and lacks professionalism. To make matters worse, the staff were not even aware of our booking details, resulting in his prolonged and delayed check-in process. The staff were not often present at the reception desk, making it difficult to get in touch with them. Especially, when I discussed late check-out with the staff, I agreed to pay an additional fee, and they accepted. However, shortly after, they called me and wanted us to leave to make room for new guests, even going so far as to demand to enter the room and move all our belongings out for the new guests. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also extremely rude, potentially leading to lost belongings, which left me feeling very upset and uncomfortable.

The room is as pictured, the facilities are quite new and safe. In general, the model emphasizes privacy for customers. However, I suggest that there should be a younger receptionist, and I think the housekeeper is still needed but not suitable for communication. In addition, customer service on Zalo is very slow and not timely.

Cửa đã bị hỏng trước đó, mình bị kẹt ở trong phòng do không biết mà sập cửa vào. Gọi cho bạn quản lý thì bạn không nghe máy, nhắn tin qua zalo thì cũng không rep luôn. May là chỉ một mình mình bị kẹt, bạn mình ở bên ngoài nên xuống dưới gọi được bác bảo vệ lên để xử lý, nhưng nếu hôm nay mình ở trong phòng một mình thì mình không biết như thế nào. Mình rất không hài lòng về dịch vụ.

The apartment itself is so safe. We got the gate access for in and out. The room itself is like in the picture, we got an electric stove, there are kitchen items if you would like to cook, and there is a rice cooker as well, but missing a washing machine. Overall was exceptional, will come back soon.
