The hotel has good service: attentive, enthusiastic staff, professional service. Room cleaning both morning and night (a bit surprising😅) My family stayed in a family room at the end of the house, with a partition between the living room and the bedroom; very convenient for families. The room interior is brand new. The bathroom has an automatic toilet, is spacious, and has a bathtub. There is a basement with games for children. Warm water swimming pool. Breakfast depends on each person's taste, with many dishes. In general, I have experienced many resorts and 5-star hotels. I find it very worthwhile here. Will come back and will still choose to stay here. Nothing to complain about.

The hotel is conveniently located. It costs $2 to get to the market by taxi, or you can walk there if you want a bit of exercise. The room facilities were great—new, clean, and well-functioning. I heard about the disruption in hot water supply in other hotels, but it was not the case in The Luxe—hot water was always readily available. There was no air conditioner, but in fact, we didn't need one. The weather was cool enough during the daytime and cold enough at night, and the room was airy if we opened the window a bit. The price was so friendly when compared to the quality we enjoyed. We'll come back to this hotel the next time.

I had a wonderful vacation with my family at New Life Hotel. The location is convenient, near Phuong Trang bus station, the Buffet Rau restaurant and the grilled restaurant are very delicious. The room location has a very nice view, the room is very clean and tidy. The staff is very enthusiastic and cheerful, ready to help guests when there are requests.... Room does not have a musty smell even in the rainy season. Hot and strong water. The hotel supports early check-in when there is a vacant room without additional charge. The room is cleaned quickly. The hotel has a waiting area and a clean bathroom for those who arrive early but have not checked in yet. There is a comfortable parking space for cars and motorbikes. Overall, it deserves 10 points.

I wanted to experience so I stayed at a hotel every day, but when I stayed at Golden Imperial, I really liked it and was extremely satisfied with the service here. My baby is a picky eater but praised the food at the hotel for being delicious and clean. The staff even made porridge and brought it to the baby's room 🥰. When I came back from playing, a staff member brought cake and chocolate to the baby's room. I was so happy that my family booked another day to stay hihi 😋. My family was very happy and comfortable staying at the hotel! Thank you and grateful to you for bringing this wonderful experience ❤️
