khách sạn 4 sao xịn có ăn sáng, hồ bơi, gym, spa, khu vui chơi trẻ em, nhân viên lễ tân, buồng phòng vui vẻ thân thiện. Phòng óc sạch sẽ, tiện nghi mới, đầy đủ, rộng, nệm hơi mềm. Chỗ để xe rộng, thoáng, không có thẻ xe, nhân viên tự nhớ và canh xe Buffet sáng ít món, không đa dạng, ăn tạm cho no, không đặc biệt.

Khách sạn được lợi thế gần trung tâm và có vẻ vừa trùng tu nhưng gạch sàn nhà vệ sinh rất trơn trượt khi ướt, có gắn bản warning sàn trơn trượt là hiểu. Bên cạnh đó thì mình chê toàn tập: 1. Máy lạnh tự động tắt sau 2-3 tiếng. Nhân viên lên kiểm báo là do ai đó bấm hẹn giờ và chỉnh lại. Nhưng đêm sau vẫn tắt 3-4 lần trong đêm làm nóng không ngủ được phải mò dậy bật. Rất là phiền. 2. Bellman lơ là không take care khách. Từ hôm mình đến chỉ có anh bảo vệ hầm xe xách giúp vali. Nhưng mà kiểu ra vô khách sạn như không có 1 sự chào đón nào. Bellman chỉ lo bu vào quầy lễ tân tám, hóng chuyện. Nói chuyện với khách không lịch sự. không làm đúng trách nhiệm. Làm xấu mặt khách sạn. (Mình gặp 2 anh bellman, anh mình nói đến thì là người to con hơn) 3. Khoả cửa chỗ quẹt thẻ từ hết pin. Tụi mình đi xuống lễ tân lần 2 thì mới có 1 anh kĩ thuận lên thay pin cửa. Trong khi lần 1 đã báo là quẹt máy không có tín hiệu, nhưng đến lần 2 báo lại thì mới nhận ra. Trong khi mình gấp trả phòng. Phải đợi hết gần 30' cho vấn đề này. Tóm lại khách sạn cần xem lại cách quản lý cũng như quán triệt tư tưởng nhân viên. không bao giờ muốn quay lại cũng như người thân mình cũng khuyên đừng bao giờ chọn khách sạn này khi đến BMT.

The hotel is very large, Elephants should see elephants everywhere. Friendly, gentle, fun staff. New room, exquisite design, very thoughtful to create a feeling of comfort and convenience like at home. Breakfast is not so special, but it's okay. Will stay again when I have a chance to come back to bmt.
