The hotel is clean and the facilities are very new, the price is better than the neighboring hotels, the TV has Netflix, the location is convenient, close to the center and the night market, on the rooftop there is a restaurant with a diverse menu, reasonable price. I arrived early at 7am and planned to leave my luggage but the hotel supported early check-in, the receptionist and housekeeping staff were very friendly. Will definitely come back.

Very bad hotel. The rooms are all moldy. The hotel has just been taken over by a new owner. The rooms are very dirty, dusty, and hair is not clean. When I asked the staff to see the room, my friend said that was the price he booked so the room was only like that, a VERY BAD experience.

Here is for the owner: - The reception was extremely good, he did support us to check-in at 4:00am as we booked the room for the whole day yesterday. - The attitude is good and friendly, this is the whole point to enter this hotel - Room cleanliness is a big problem, it has a musty smell, and there are particularly dark, reddish stains in the corners. I use scented candle to push away the musty smell ... I hope the owner to upgrade the room condition, you have best location, reasonable price (not cheap), so the room offer must be equilvalent to the price. Hope your business grow better.

The hotel is a bit run-down, the walls are moldy, the cheap rooms have no windows or ventilation system so it is stuffy and smelly. The room has a window, the rain is heavy, the glass door cannot drain fast enough and the water flows into the room. The staff is friendly, polite and very enthusiastic in supporting The hotel is located in the center so it is very convenient for guests to move around.

The hotel did not announce closing time, locked customers outside in the middle of the night, called dozens of times but no one came down to open the door, the manager had a bad attitude, not a single apology or anything. The room smelled musty, the bathroom was dirty. Very bad experience.

The room is shabby, the facilities are too bad, the room smells musty, the curtains cannot be pulled, there is no hair dryer, the elevator is rickety, the pictures on the app are just illustrations, renderings... no different from a haunted house, an abandoned house, entering the room is like being transported back 20 years, a horrible memory never before in my life. I suggest that traveloka re-examine the quality of the hotel rooms on the app, to avoid affecting its reputation. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, AND SCARY
