My first time in Pattaya and book this hotel. Price consistent with quality. Room is quite large and comfortable. Staff enthusiastic service, attentive.

Wow, the hotel is really cute, the interior is cute, the AC is cold, the distance to Pattaya Beach is only a step, it's close to the night market too 😍

The staff are all lovely and provide excellent service. This is my sixth stay and I'm very impressed.

The staffs and receptionists are super nice and friendly, facilities are quite nice, even though the room is getting old but they tried their best to keep them clean as much as possible. Especially, I am so into their receptionists, they are brilliant. I would give them 100 stars.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The price is good value for money. Breakfast is varied. There is a water park, a pool, sand for kids to play in, and a children's playroom. My kids love it.

The hotel is 30 mins away from central Pattaya, but it was nice and quiet, and there was a lovely beach 5-mins walk away. The hotel was amazing for the price—an amazing value for money! The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were lovely.

Location: Not far from Jomtien Beach, 3 minutes drive. Around the hotel are restaurants, 7/11, Family Mart, very convenient. Service: From having used the services of other B2 branches in Pattaya, the staff here have a good service mind + mindset for service work. On the day I checked in, it was exactly 2 pm. There were 4-5 customers waiting to check in. It might be a bit slow but it's understandable because the customers checked in at the same time. Room: Deluxe Premier #608 The room is spacious, has a balcony, complete amenities, refrigerator, tea and coffee set, hair dryer, and bathrobes. Overall, it's okay, but I'd like to see the smell improved. I think it's coming from the pier because even when the bathroom door is closed, it can still smell it.

It was my boyfriend's birthday. We had a wonderful and warm welcome there. We really look forward to come back.

Nice room. We booked for 3 persons and asked for a high floor. The room was spacious, very elegant, and liked the hotel overall. The food was amazingly good with many options, from Thai food, international, and many more. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is near the beach and the pool view is very beautiful. The staff are lovely, polite, have a chance to come again.
