Stayed at Ace Hotel Sydney and had a lovely experience. The interiors were stylish and comfortable, the room was spotless, and the amenities felt well-curated. Check-in was quick, staff were friendly, and the overall atmosphere was vibrant yet relaxing. Perfect base for exploring Surry Hills and the CBD.

We chose this hotel as it was close to Capitol Theatre. It was a perfect choice, the staff were incredibly helpful, the restaurants and bar were great for a pre-theatre treat and there were lots of amenities nice and close. The decor was lovely and we really enjoyed putting the old school record player on in our room while we got ready to go out. The amenities in the room were gorgeous, the bed comfy and room was quiet.

Arrived at 130 which was pre 3pm check in. Was told room will be 45 mins. Went had lunch in hotel restaurant. They got our order wrong. Went back at 215 and now told room will be 3pm. Went back at 3pm and told another 20 mins. Offered free drink. Finally got in at 3.20. Don’t mind waiting - just don’t keep telling us it will be re
