Cute hotel in a very convenient space. Room was small and a bit musky but didn't spend much time there. Bar and café in the building was convenient.

Quaint, stylish, lovely

The staff were excellent and great communication. The room was dark and gloomy, with almost no natural light. The bedroom itself had curtains opening up to a black solid wall (zero light), while the living space had a large window but it opens to a narrow space between buildings which does not allow much sunlight. As a result it was very dim and not the most pleasant room to be in, which was disappointing as I had to work in the room for part of my stay - I had to have all the lights on throughout the day. While I don't necessarily expect a room to look precisely as in pictures, it really didn't resemble the advertised experience at all (the pictures look very light and airy/open).

Location is great. Lobby is nice. They allowed an early check in. Sorry but that’s where the good ends. Room was an upgrade but it wasn’t clean. We told them but if they did reclean we didn’t notice. There was biscuit crumbs all over the place. Bed and pillows weren’t comfy, shower over thee bath which to be fair was probably mentioned in the description. Would just e over a little more than this. Try somewhere different next time we’re in Sydney.

Nice hotel, great foyer, spacious and quirky. Great coffee shop on premises. Excellent hotel location also. The grumpy front desk was true to form though - just as other guest have mentioned. Don’t know why he works in Hospitality- he clearly does not like people.

Parking was secure and on site. property was central for food and drink options. we quite liked the quirky style of the accomodation, very Austin Powers like.

We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom unit which was a great surprise. Very clean, cool units

Cleaning let me down this time.. from the start shampoo and body wash was empty. Then refilled just enough... Cleaning was a 2 star. Toilet /sink not cleaned... and bad smell first day. Got. Away with opening windows all day... otherwise good locations nice staff and good bed

Location is good for most inner-city activities. Staff are well trained and friendly. Access to a good coffee is at your doorstep.

Room and towels were dirty and cleaning not up the industry standards. The cleaning staff left behind dirty towels on several occasions and had previous guest hair on newly changed towels. In one instance, a wet face towel left behind on toilet seat on our second night. We also got placed on level 1 despite the photos having a view and window which is misleading from Hotels.com advertisement. Staff were excellent and location is great but would not stay here again. Would not recommend this one to anyone.

Small but comfortable and clean rooms.

Great area close to public transport, having cafe downstairs a bonus & many dining options close by. Carpets could do with a proper clean is only comment would make. Photos on wotif are apparantly old there is no longer balcony furniture, however I stated the pictures seen did have so they supplied us with some for our stay which was very kind of them.

Early check in are accommodated when possible.

Great cafe in foyer. Nice quiet room. Very comfortable. Microwave was handy. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location and the perfect hotel for 1 night at the opera house. We walked everywhere and felt safe. We loved the room.
