Kitchen set up excellent for our 4 night stay.Beautiful night time views of city.Liked having a safe for passports etc. Lovely ladies in reception helped me with my IT/Uber issue!Central locationfor trams.Very clean .Nice bathroom.Comfy king size bed with pillows that weren't too huge.

Overall - excellent. Clean, quiet, spacious room with very comfortable bed. Staff friendly & helpful. Convenient location close to public transport. Will definitely choose to stay here again.

Lovely sized room ...very comfortable bed Toaster, microwave, 2 hot plates, fridge all you need for a getaway...definitely recommend ! Discount parking in next street...good location for trams

With street construction in the area, it was difficult for our taxi to get us there but we finally made it- with extra charges though! The room was small but a comfortable bed. Fairly clean but a horrid smell in the bathroom- to which we complained but outside of moving to another room- nothing was done to sort it out. Cleaning staff should always leave two towels/hand towels/face cloths when two guests are using the room. Close to everything we wanted but a bit sub standard for cost.

Quiet for sleeping as the property faces into a single lane street that doesn’t have much traffic. 1 of the 2 lifts wasn’t working so there was a reasonably long wait for lifts during peak times.

Nice stay overall, decent room, lighting was a bit harsh though and room wasn’t very clean.

We are in New Zealand, this was a birthday present from me to my wife and daughter who share a birthday only a few days apart. It was for them the Melbourne experience and a 5 day shopping trip. (yes, I know, I'm brave). Firstly to make it an occasion I rang the receptionist (Kate) on the morning of their arrival and asked whether the hotel could do something "special" for their arrival. That eve my wife rang and raved the hotel had presented a bottle of wine and also a personal card from Kate saying Happy Birthday, and enjoy your visit to Melbourne. And people, it's this sort of personal service that makes one hotel stand out from the rest, and this one certainly does. They also raved about the real friendly service from the rest of the staff. They loved their four night stay. We will return!!

You know What? The attention of the counter in helping you with anything you needed. They guided me on places to visit, how and where to buy the "maki" card to pay for public transportation, etc. On my way back to the hotel, they asked me how my trip had gone, if I liked where I went, what my plans were for the next day, and if they could help me. Apart from that, the people of Melbourne—on the street, on the tram, on the train, in the lobby—would see me with a tourist map in my hand and immediately approach me to offer help (young people, adults, seniors, men, women, gays—they all offered help). I'm amazed! In museums, they guide you, recommend where to start, offer information, and in almost all of them, they don't charge! I could go on and on, but that's enough. I'm Mexican, right next to the US border (Tijuana/ San Diego CA.)

I stayed one night in this beautiful hotel room. Very vlrqn and specious and cozy room. Comfortable bedding nd locaion is plus plus. Just 5 mins wlking to Melbourne Central and surrounding with variety of restaurants. Really happy with the stay

Nice cosy place with kitchen. Location is fantastic near Melbourne central. Only thing is that there is some construction during my stay so the uber cannot directly stop in front of the hotel. Had to walk a little to get there from where the Uber stopped.

Close to all things that we were after walking was easy

Lighting in bathroom a bit dim for putting on makeup. Bathroom fan was too noisy. Tea coffee and milk was not released for multi night stay.

Great location, wonderful rooms, excellent staff!

Great stay as usual- 4th time at Bradyvand will be back for more…
