There was no toaster, no plates or cutlery, only one spoon, the fridge was off and leaking water. Receptionist was very helpful

New management, new check-in procedures. Slower, less efficient, not very welcoming or helpful. I have stayed here many times. The room was excellent as usual.

Didn't see any staff as we checked in after hours - but it all went smoothly. Its an old hotel but clean. The biggest issue we had was that for one night and one morning there was NO HOT water for showers. Not sure what happened there but not good.
