Great location, very quiet but close to everything. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Clean room. A bit dated but reajjy good for the price. Breakfast was very basic but again for the price still good. Will stay here again.

Definitely a budget hotel but perfect for work trips and solo trips

The rooms were quite small in size compared to what was advertised. No room for people to even change. Bed size was very small. Breakfast had very limited options!

Good location for a short stay

Probably the worst use of my money. What a rip off and honestly terrible service. Never again

staff cleaned effectively enough to throw away my retainer on the bedside table. Only about $200 into the trash and 'cleaned'. Sent an email. No response.

I'll always choose to stay here in Melbourne. It's clean, cheap, and in a perfect location. The people checking you in are always nice and the elevators work and are fast. 10/10

Hard to believe such a hotel as this can still operate in the modern era. Ibis' reputation is surely being damaged by this establishment. The room had no towels and no heating. We requested towels from reception and she provided these as well as a small electric heater for the room which was required given it was mid winter in Melbourne. Unfortunately this heater didn't work requiring us to borrow a small fan heater which was running in the hall wall. We didn't risk using this for long as it was glowing red after 5 minutes. The toilet light didn't work neither did the bedside hard wired lights. There was no remote for the TV which, although operating on a screen saver, had damaged to one half of the screen. I very rarely have ever written a review but this hotel is certainly worth of 'caveat emptor', buyer beware!!!

Comfortable bed. Clean & quiet. Friendly & helpful staff.

Toilet was broken. Heater was not working properly, some rooms have new aircon/heater others have old heaters that are not serviced and smell of burning when switched on.

I have no complaints my stay at Ibis was excellent the room was clean and comfortable but best of all you are smack bang in the middle of the CBD and I found you can walk anywhere to get you where you need to be and the staff was very helpful

Terrible experience

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Room was compact but very clean and met our needs. Kettle didn't work but staff happy to replace. Reading lights needed bulbs replacing. Overall it was good.
