Rooms have a shocking smell ... nothing the staff can do. They tried to assist but the property has issues .. our rooms smelled so bad but we had no choice in this budget range. Well done to the staff for trying. Hotel of last resort!

Bed was very uncomfortable, no extra linen or pillows, so had 2 very uncomfortable nights, and very noisy. Breakfast selection was very poor, no lactose free milk. I don't eat Vegemite, Nutella or marmalade, no other options available. The room was cold.

It's convenient location, close to everything. The shower is missing 1/3 of it hence cannot be closed completely. The bed reading lights do not work. There is no variety with the breakfast. It's the same food every morning.

Right in the centre of the business district. Plenty of restaurants, cafes and food stores nearby. Room was a little bit tired but very clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff were very helpful particularly as I needed to store my suitcase whilst travelling out of town through the weekend.

The hair dryer had to be shared. Noisy bathroom fan all night. No bedside lights were working even though I asked for maintenance to fix them. I was there for 4 days. Common areas outside room carpet needs cleaning. Breakfast is basic. Go elsewhere.
