The staff are amazing, the rooms are great value for money.

wet towels in bathroom. Dish washer not usable. No fresh towels in second bedroom. No hand towels or bathmat. Noise from Hindley St Friday and Saturday nights till 5.00am. Staff quick to resolve towel situation.

A great stay as always. Perfectly located & well maintained

Room had not been cleaned properly there was dirt and grime everywhere, the bathroom shower and tiles had black grime in many places. there was build up of dust and dirt in air con and bathroom fan

Room was very rundown. Pictures didn't match where we were staying. Disappointed overall.

We were originally so happy with Oaks Adelaide. Our apartment was huge! Two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a lounge room with enough couches and comfy chairs for all of us plus a kitchen table and chairs. There was also heaps of cupboards and storage, more than I have at home! The apartment also had a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, which was fabulous! We also had a lovely balcony that gave us views of Adelaide Oval! It was a wonderful place to stay, however there were some issues… of the 3 lifts/ elevators only 1 was working. It really was such a pain to wait, especially with luggage, as the lift would often be packed when it stopped on our floor. We were easily waiting 5 minutes to get down to the ground. Signs indicated they were working hard to fix the other 2 lifts, but they were both out of order for our entire stay. The other problem we had was on the morning of checking out, we became aware there was prostitution at the hotel. It was very obvious what was happening out the front of the hotel and in the lobby (given they had to wait for the 1 lift that was working!) Despite our wonderful room and a very nice stay, we have since realised this is not the place for a family holiday and unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend it.

Only one out of 3 lifts were in use so we waited 10-15 minutes each day to leave the building. We were on the 17th floor so it took ages for the lift to arrive. Despite assurances from the management that the lifts were being fixed, residents told us that they had been out of action for weeks. Spa pool was not working. Air conditioning not very efficient.

First room offered smelled extremely bad, fridge was warm. Had to pack up and be moved next morning which was inconvenient. Lifts extremely slow with 1 of 3 out due to maintenance.

On check in day both ladies had no customer service skills. Seemed like they didn’t want to be there. No help with our luggage we was shown a room to where we had to store our luggage.

The room was spotless no complaints at all Checking in female staff member was excellent answered my questions with a smile and was correct and also explained all about parking

Courteous staff, good facilities and location.

Initially we were given a balcony opposite a (admittedly very quiet) building site but with no view at all Bhagya on reception was very sympathetic and switched us to a room with a beautiful sunny view of the Adelaide Oval which made such a difference to our stay

The hotel did not accept my booking and turned me away. I've been trying to report this to Hotels.com but all i get is an AI response which is very disappointing as I've stayed over 50 nights

Car park next door was very noisy throughout the night And we waited nearly half an hour to fit in a lift this morning But the room was great for us to have weekend away great set up

Check in staff were ok. Room is very old and tired. Mould everwhere in the shower. I wouldn't stay there again.

Balcony was great and a light bright clean room. Beds were comfy
