Warwick Brussels Grand-Place

Beautiful stylish and classy property! Very upscale and wonderful staff. Right in the middle of everything but very quiet at the same time.

We stayed there for 3 nights.This hotel has great location since its waking distance from the Train station and the city center. However it's vintage in terms of everything needs to be updated or renovated. You feel the shower heads, plumbing, walls everything is old and could use some replacement or renovation. Our safe was not working, we informed the staff to fix it but nothing was done unfortunately, it was still not working until our last day. The head shower was leaking and water can definitely inondate the floor if you are not careful as there is half separation to the tub. The faucet were not working properly. You can definitely hear everything from the neighboring rooms, no privacy what's over. Would I stay there again here probably no as I don't feel it level up to a 4 Star hotel to be honest.

Everything was wonderful. Only one issue was they don't give any water to drink after the first day so you had to keep on buying bottles for your room

The hotel is placed in a very central and convenient location. The staff was very helpful and willing to resolve the issues that arised. Breakfast was good quality.

Staff was nice, albeit a bit disorganized. They gave us keys to someone else's room at first. The property was well located and maintained. The amenities were fine (the blow dryer was worthless though). The room was big and clean.

Great stay!

I stayed here for one night due to train issues in the region in end of June. Room super small but comfortable to lay my head from an extremely long day of travel issues. Breakfast was really good and it was nice to have a few food items to pack into my bag for the morning train trip I had ahead. Convenient location walkable from the main Brussels central station.

We loved the location of this hotel. It’s close to Brussels central station and walking distance from the main city attractions and restaurants.

The location was excellent just a few minutes’ walk from all the main attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.

Check-in was late — around 4ish. But they upgraded us to a room with a nicer view. Very good location. Friendly staff. Will recommend to anyone traveling to Brussels.

All staff were very helpful and kind. We really enjoy our stay.

The Warwick staff at check-in were very helpful when we had some difficulty with rooms not having air conditioning. We appreciated their helpfulness and sorted through the problems. The location of the hotel was wonderful and the rooms were very nice. Our major concern was an incident that happened one day with a fire that broke out in the hotel and required evacuation of the entire hotel. The issue was that there was no announcement or alarm system to quickly let guests know about the fire. I was in my room working and my son, in the lobby, called me to tell me the hotel was on fire and we needed to get out. I left my room immediately only to find the cleaning staff who also had not yet been informed. And, as I explained as well as I could, we all ran to find that the fire doors had locked us into the side of the floor we were already on and there was no way to get past them. The staff were clearly very concerned (and I was scared) and they finally were able to lead me to a staircase that got us to the lobby. However the staircase was right above the kitchen which was where the fire started and was still growing. By the time we reached the lobby there was a fire alarm that was beginning. That was almost 10 minutes after my son called me. Terrifying.
