Lovely stay with a friend. Great facilities. We are at the restaurant and it was good so would recommend. Hotel is a 15 min walk to the tram line and major shops. Spa area was nice,although the pool was cold and steam room mediocre. Would recommend

Very nice, clean, quiet hotel, great for doing your business! Staff was very polite and make you to feel special! Especially the restaurant staff (Rafi is smiling girl and very helpful)

Muy buen hotel eso si muy lejos del centro

This is not a 5 star hotel. On arrival the accessibility room was accessed via a dark corridor with no lighting. Which in itself was a trip hazard. Access to the patio and outside area was unusable due to the high door sill. The patio itself was overgrown with foliage and disgarded cigarettes. The coffee table, marble top was not secured and nearly fell and had it done so,it would have easily broken a bone. The towel and room wasn't cleaned daily. Under the bed was filthy and clearly hadnt been cleaned for months. The rug was dirty and a trip hazard. The grab bar against the toilet in the bathroom was loose. The breakfast was mediocre at best and often not hot. Service was inconsistent. The bar upstairs was not manned and there was a wedding on the Saturday evening downstairs. With no service. And extremely loud. I asked for an iron 3 times. Once it was delivered covered in a tar like substance which I asked for it to be cleaned or replaced but it never materialised.

Staff sweeping food on floor when cleaning breakfast table, all rooms and corridors have dirty carpets. Not great service/ not 5* service, served cold food and food quality not 5*. The jacuzzi not working in the spa, not cleaning our room properly. Flickering light everywhere Not enough staff on. Not full amenities in the bathrooms I.e. no shower gel No hooks to hang coats

This hotel is falsely advertised as 5-star—it’s barely a 3-star at best. Room service was nonexistent; requests never arrived, and I had to chase staff repeatedly. Cleanliness was unacceptable—towels were rehung instead of replaced, toiletries weren’t replenished, and one day my room wasn’t cleaned at all despite being gone for 12 hours. They do not vacuum the rooms - their beds are raised and if you look under the bed, there is a LAYER of dust and particles. The “spa” is complete false advertising. There’s only a freezing pool (unheated), a sauna, and a steam room—no spa staff, salon, or Turkish bath as advertised. Even massages require hours’ notice because someone has to be called in. When I raised concerns, the hotel manager dismissed everything, saying the hotel is “discounted” and that he has salaries to pay—as if that excuses not delivering promised 5-star service. This is misleading advertising, poor management, and terrible guest care. I submitted my complaint to Expedia already the first night and I have requested a full refund. If you want a 5 star hotel - this is not it! Avoid this hotel.

An excellent hotel, reasonable price for a 5 star. However, the staff and their professionalism and desire to help guests is the best thing about this hotel and growing rarer globally.

Nothing at all for this stars and price

The spa and gym were great. The F&B Manager was very accommodating and helpful. The garden outside was lovely but the tables need to be cleaned. Unfortunately things went missing from my room but they were found.

Great bed; good restaurant (not Italy); helpful staff Electricity went out two nights ad housekeeping didnt leave water one day and was slow to clean the room once. Great restaurant space Ok gym Good pool Expensive massages After a day of hiking, you may not want to wait here

This is a fantastic little hotel with great spa facilities and great food and it is a true 5 star.

The rooms were excellent as well as the grounds. bathroom was spotless and enjoyed the complimentary water that was given Only minor issues was a very noisy room next door which didn’t go quite until around 2am however that isn’t the hotels issue at all Breakfast is a little small but definitely worth getting considering the affordable price Thanks for a excellent stay

The staff are fabulous at this hotel - so courteous, professional, welcoming and helpful. Large, spacious, clean rooms. Very good location. The cherry on top is the wonderful gym, pool and spa facilities - brilliant touch. Lovely reception and bar area, nice place to sit outside also. The only thing I didn’t like was the smoking room as part of the health club - a bit smelly at times.

Top hotel in the mid of nowhere. Recommend if you need to be nearby.

I loved the breakfast, definitely include it in your stay! Super filling and nutritious. The rooms were also really nice and airconditioned

Amazing hotel with a great spa and pool! The restaurant and breakfast place is also perfect. The room is spacious and clean. The only downside was the toilet - it smelled like sewer, bit this seems more like a structural issue than a cleanliness issue.

Beautiful dining area and a great selection of food on the menu. The pool and spa is perfect, plenty of clean towels dotted around which is very handy. Staff were very friendly and helpful with information about the area.
