Staff on front desk were not friendly, did not greet you. The room was clean and daily housekeeping replaced towels but did not make bed. Nice pool but the hours were not long enough. The breakfast did not have enough variety.

We had a good time!

You can not get extra towels or blankets and pillows, even if staying with a whole family in a whirlpool suite. Nor for the advertised pullout couch. The hotel claims to not have enough towels to provide extras. There is no separate dining area, and it is not a one bedroom suite. There is no separate bedroom, or kitchen. Beware false advertising.

Demander d’être sur le deuxième étage . Le premier problème d’humidité , air climatisé bruyant et problème de fourmis .

More selection for breakfast would of been nice, to have the same breakfast both days was disappointing. As well, there isn't enough room for people to sit, nor prepare their breakfast. The gate for parking is sometime difficult, and nowhere when I booked stated that parking was extra until check in time.

Le petit déjeuner est très bon et le staff est super! La chambre est très simple, aucun miroir autre que la salle de bain, peu de lumière, odeur d’humidité dans la chambre. Sinon, le ménage est bien.

About the staff. There was one young man that appeared to fit a profile of working at 5star hotel. kharem was his name. Everyone else at the front desk was unprofessional and lacked basic empathy and genuine hospitality. It was Bossard, Quebec location I am referring to where I fully paid for 5 nights, and booked two rooms between my family. On the second night my sons had trouble entering their room so the manger on July 2nd came to investigate. There was no eye contact or any sort of acknowledgement from him. Instead he grunted his own frustration at us making us feel like the burden. Meanwhile he left my sons standing in the hallway tired, hungry and in need of a shower, but they needed their personal things. Not once did the manger communicate with me, the card holder for theat room. Finally my boys were put in a room and told to wait until morning! ....without their stuff! I was not even notified about the accessibility in the morning by anyone! At the front desk they acted like they didn't know how to handle my cry for attention to the matter. Only a "sorry" my bad type of reaction. One of them, I'll call him Alex found me amusing and laughed in my 👀 face, like I was being petty. No manager offered a bottle of water, nevermind owning up to the matter professionally. I later learned that this was not the first time at location to have the same issues with their locks. Humiliation is the feeling I left with.
