All the elevators were broken so had to take 10 flights of stairs to my floor with my bags in tow. I was told it would be fixed in 40 minutes but they stayed down for the whole stay.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Wi-fi went down and it hosed the whole check-in process and there were lots of frustrated travelers but the staff did a good job. Room was very nice and the breakfast was fabulous.
