Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel and Suites

The water bottles in the room should come as a standard welcome drink for all the guests considering that Hilton is not a cheap hotel. Seems very degrading!

Clean room and large bathroom. Our kids appreciated the separate living room area with a tv. Close to the falls. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Excellent view of the falls. Easy check in and out process and staff were friendly and helpful.

After a long day of travel from Banff. The room was not prepared for the number of guests in the booking. After visiting concierge desk and calling front desk a number of times….two and a half hours later was able to get bath towels. Of course the delay caused us to miss dinner reservations

Excellent stay. We always chose the Hilton when we’re in Niagara.

Stayed here for my birthday weekend w/ my family of 4 & we really enjoyed our stay! Check-in was a breeze and shortly after arriving, I received a text message from the hotel letting me know I could communicate w/ guest services via text throughout our stay. This was super convenient & they were always very responsive. We had a small issue with the duvet in our room & after sending a quick text, housekeeping was sent promptly to resolve it. The customer service throughout our stay was excellent. The kids especially enjoyed the amenities, esp the swimming pool. The location is also perfect, very close to Clifton Hill and easily walkable to many attractions. The only downside was the pricey parking, so we ended up parking off-site across the street instead. What truly stood out was the exceptional service after our stay. I accidentally left my AirPods behind after checkout & didn’t realize until we got home around midnight. I immediately tracked them & emailed guest services & hotel security with the location information, honestly not expecting them to actually be found. Within 48 hours, the hotel manager personally called me to let me know they had located them using the details I provided! Since they were a fairly new & was an xmas gift I was incredibly grateful. They shipped them back to me right away & I received them the very next day. Overall, we were extremely impressed and happy w/ our stay. The staff truly went above & beyond our expectations!

The room was spacious, clean, and updated. However the AC didn’t work so I had to run the fan and the room service staff refused to answer the phone.

Excellent property, very clean , awesome view of falls. The linens and towels were very clean and spotless. I got the premium two bedroom with falls view and the view was stunning from 44th floor. The room had the jet tub as well and kids had a blast. Few minor things noticed was that Room or property doesn’t have a microwave if you have any food to heat. Also no coffee or hot chocolate if you were looking for one at the lobby but have Starbucks and few other vendors who sell those.

Very nice stay

Pay for the Falls view room. Its worth it. Eat at the Fallsview Restaurant. Its worth it. The cross overs to the casino was very convenient. Room was good and stood the quality you would expect from a Hilton. Pillows were great. Only downside was parking as it was expensive and if you don't get there early enough, you are parking offsite a few roads over and shuttled back and forth. Save your self some cash and park at the casino next door. Staff was really nice.
