Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel and Suites

Way too expensive place to visit.

We didn't have breakfast but the bar service was excellent

When we checked in - I assume that this was the last room available as I let them know it was my birthday but they weren’t able to accommodate anything better. The person at the front desk was not friendly nor was she helpful. One we got into the room, we had a view of a wall with a ladder. We weren’t able to use our phones as we had no reception in the room. The fan in the room was blowing cold air so we set it to heat hoping that the room would warm up, the temperature just kept dropping. We called maintenance to have them come up and fix it. We left the room for a couple of hours, when we got back there was a not saying that the room only had air conditioning. We went down and no solution was offered. We up having to check out and drive home at 1am. We had done wine tastings during the day, this was not safe but given that they didn’t offer any accommodation or even a heater we had no choice. I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times before and it seems like the staff is all new and the customer service at the front desk is lacking. We were not offered anything for the inconvenience, I’m extremely disappointed with this hotel.

The hotel is large, with direct access to the casino and an excellent location right across from Niagara Falls. I stayed there for two nights while attending a conference, and overall, the hotel met my expectations. One thing travelers should be aware of, however, is the room view. Even if you book a “Falls view” or “city view,” some rooms may end up facing the wall of a neighboring building. Since I was there mainly for a conference, it didn’t bother me much, but if you’re visiting Niagara Falls to enjoy the scenery, this could be quite disappointing.

The staff is very friendly we were welcomed in by Diana.. Any employee we stopped and asked a question were more then helpful in assisting us. One thing I would request would be a microwave in the room. With room service and all the restaurants around it would be nice to have microwave access for leftovers..

Very clean and modern room.

It is a very nice hotel but the parking is very expensive. To park outside they charge $40+HST/day and $80*Hst/day. There is a parking nearby charging $15/ day.

Great location and view. Unfortunately there was no cleaning service, no robes or slippers, there was construction on our floor(despite a king suite)which we were not notified of beforehand, and not even a microwave.

Beautiful view of both falls! Excellent location! Rooms were clean and spacious!

Elevators a bit slow

We left early for the day when we got back early evening. Our room wasn’t clean. Bed not changed and no clean towels For what we paid we expected that to be done When I called front desk she was very ignorant about it Even then it took another 2 hrs for someone to come clean out room Most likely will never stay there again

Check in a disaster. Should let people check in early. Rooms nothing special for as much as they are$$$$$. Paid for fallsview room could barely see the falls

walkway to OLG was great!

Hotel is very nice. A little shocked at the price to park there. No included breakfast or extras but easy to check in and had great restaurants
