Great location! Room had very nice views, You could see the whole firework at night. the parking lot partially blocks the Canadian side but you could see the whole US Side. Location is prime, close to the casino, multiple bars and walking distance to Niagara river Pkwy (steep hill coming back up) just 5 min car ride to Clifton Hill, where most of the entertainment is. 100% Recommended.

South Tower room was less to be desired, never stayed in the south tower before and will not stay in there again. Room was dated, small and awkward. Closet was right beside the bed, washroom was small, awkwardly designed. Sink is taller than normal. Washroom was dark from a lighting stand point. No long mirror in the room. Horrible stay to be honest.

The hotel is fantastic but the room was below average. We had the city view so we weren’t expecting much in terms of views, but the room was extremely dark with little lighting and a tiny window tucked in the corner. It’s not worth the money.

Jacuzzi tub had cracked and peeling liner and looked liked someone had shaved there legs and left the residue behind. Bathroom sink had a loose hot water handle and a clogged drain also. After we got home 3 of us got sick too. Room 2024 South tower!!
