Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel and Suites

Excellent property, very clean , awesome view of falls. The linens and towels were very clean and spotless. I got the premium two bedroom with falls view and the view was stunning from 44th floor. The room had the jet tub as well and kids had a blast. Few minor things noticed was that Room or property doesn’t have a microwave if you have any food to heat. Also no coffee or hot chocolate if you were looking for one at the lobby but have Starbucks and few other vendors who sell those.

Very nice stay

Pay for the Falls view room. Its worth it. Eat at the Fallsview Restaurant. Its worth it. The cross overs to the casino was very convenient. Room was good and stood the quality you would expect from a Hilton. Pillows were great. Only downside was parking as it was expensive and if you don't get there early enough, you are parking offsite a few roads over and shuttled back and forth. Save your self some cash and park at the casino next door. Staff was really nice.

Stay away

An unexpected upgrade and an amazing stay! We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Niagara Falls. We originally booked a standard room with two queen beds but were incredibly surprised and happy when the hotel upgraded us to a honeymoon suite! The view of the falls from our room was absolutely breathtaking and made our trip so special. On top of that, the entire staff was so accommodating, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely be back!

Good location to casino with walkway

I felt very comfortable at this hotel and so glad we chose it. We had an excellent view of the falls and the service went above what I expected

The checkin in line was very long. The jetted tub made a lot of noise to put out maybe 10% of normal jet performance, but the size of the tub was relaxing. Upon checkin, they pushed a $120 dinner/breakfast special for two. What they didn’t disclose was that didn’t include a non-alcoholic drink, all the taxes and the dinner had a mandatory tip added (I always like to tip myself.) so we were taken back when the bill arrived at dinner and we owed nearly another $60. The dinner at Brasa was definitely not worth the cost.The breakfast was great though. We were also disappointed we couldn’t order our breakfast the night beforehand and that breakfast was completely unavailable until 7am. That’s late for many travelers that tour and need to catch early flights. The room was very nice and the location and view were great.

Bring a Roku stick if you want to watch anything other than on demand or local channels. No streaming available. Other than that the place was wonderful!

The staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was spotless and very well-maintained. The hotel is in a prime location close to major attractions. We are extremely satisfied with the service and hospitality.
