I really like the location of the property. Our room was perfect for viewing the Falls and watching the fireworks at night. Everything was walkable. The floor to ceiling windows were great! If I had to think of one thing to recommend, it would be to add more lighting in the room, especially around the mirrors. This was a great place to stay.

The room was okay. Dust bunnies in the closet. Zero view which could’ve been mentioned. Opened the curtains to a brick wall. Staff were all courteous and smiling. Always greeted when I met them in the hallways

The room I was assigned had an air conditioning unit that did not work properly. We stayed from Monday through Friday, and multiple times reporting the issue, it was not resolved during most of our stay. The last night at the hotel they send an employee with two fans. Very disappointed. I was finally moved to a different room on the last night. Unfortunately, this negatively affected our overall experience.

Parking was too expensive. I would avoid parking with Hilton and find a public parking lot which is closer than the off-site lot and much cheaper. The sofa bed was horrendous. We asked for bedding: 2 pillows and a blanket. First time, they just brought the blanket, so we asked again for pillows. no prob. They came back with just 1 pillow. When we asked for a second pillow, they just no.

I liked the close proximity of the venue and the Watermark restaurant was amazing. The room was ok poor lighting, did not appreciate the bottled water with warning labels that I'd be charged $5 a bottle if I drank it not being Hilton "member" seemed very unnecessary and unwelcome.

I was sleeping in my room with my wife when someone else walked in and claimed its there room !!!. the reservation at the lobby made a mistake apparently !! then when I left the room my keys were not working anymore !! the staff were polite and good .. Also the 2 lights at my bed were not functioning properly .the tub and some problems. maybe my expectations were high but overall I was not happy the view was perfect though . Next time ill go another hotel

Because we got a room facing the falls and with no obstructions in our way the view was very good. I didn't like the high cost of parking. I did not like that some of the plug ins didn't work. I didn't like we had to hunt for the coffee pot. I did not like the toilet so close to the shower wall. I found the air conditioning did not cool the entire room and that it was noisy

Hidden fees are extreme. Off site parking is $45 a day. During my stay, no on site parking was available. On site parking is even more - $100 per day. Today I was hit with taxes and fees that are 30% of the daily rate. Breakfast was Rice Krispies, granola/yougurt, a banana ($6), 1 OJ and 1 coffee and the total bill was $100. My last stay here was >10 years ago. How things have changed. I accept the current economy and inflation but this is obscene abuse of clientele. The facilities and staff are excellent but not worth the price after being fleeced financially.

They do provide a shuttle service but still no explanation for people being diverted? ….. Overall a great stay at the Hilton and great live band….Michel
