The loft was really beautiful and impeccable. Only thing that should be improved is description of the layout. I thought there was a separate bedroom, so ended up being 4 adults sleeping in the same area.

We enjoyed everything about this accommodation. It was bike-friendly which for us, meant we could keep our bikes in our room. La Cignale - great ice cream, 5 minute walk away.

The Chelsea pub, Bistro and Palmier were all within walking distance and are excellent dining experiences. We came for Spa Nordik and had a fantastic time. Would absolutely recommend staying here.

They wanted to give a spa like environment and forgot the basic needs of travellers. And for the price I was expecting at least 3 or 4-star service if not 5. The property, even though it was badly designed, was clean but just putting in expensive fixtures doesn't make the space more functional. The open shower made half the bath floor wet and slippery and the bathroom door didn't close properly. The online booking had breakfast checked so I assumed it was included only to find out not only was it not included, it would only have been a cold breakfast of some fruit and yogourt? a single studio room, no breakfast, non-English instructions, trouble knowing where to go to check-in, no additional services in the loft building where we stayed except for parking, no on site contact person or help if you needed something - for over 400 a night i expected more then just a bed to sleep in. Even a Country Suite Inn would have been a better experience than this for a quarter the cost.
