Good hotel

I love the staff. Staff was amazing and I forgot my housekeeper, but she was the best she went on and beyond even when I didn't ask her to clean my room I don't remember her name, but she was amazing very sweet lady.

Noisy room doors slammed when closed. This made it hard to get a good nights sleep. Comfortable beds, clean room and good location.

We had a 10 night stay in Novohotel over New Year. It’s a lovely, modern hotel with very clean and comfortable rooms. The bathroom was also very modern, with no bath and a walk in shower, which we loved. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work but plenty in the bedroom to dry my hair! There was daily room service, if required - we often put out the “Don’t” sign as we didn’t need anything some days. They didn’t change the sheets for the whole 10 day stay though which I wasn’t too keen on! Our room had a coffee machine, safe, iron & ironing board, large tv, small fridge and plenty of space to store suitcases. There were toiletries supplied but they made me itch all over for the whole time we were there - just my sensitivity as hubby had no issues but I’d being my own the next time Pool was very disappointing. You open the door to the pool from a corridor at the lifts and the pool is just in the middle of the room. There are no changing facilities at all. You’re expected to either have your swimwear on under your clothes and strip off poolside or strip off fully to change into swimwear!! The hotel do not supply robes to go back to your room so I presume you have to drip all the way between floors to get showered in your own room - we didn’t use it at all for this reason and the pool was one of the reasons that I booked this hotel - very disappointing! Breakfast was good but the same thing every day - usual breakfast coffee. Staff were wonderful at breakfast though

Nice place No complaints

The hotel was very comfortable, and the service was excellent. The staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful at all times. The location is very central, making it easy to get around. Guests should keep in mind that parking is not included and comes at an additional cost. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again on my next visit.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel itself was beautiful and very clean. The staff were very friendly, especially the dining room staff. The buffet breakfast had alot of variety and the waiter and waitress that we had each morning were super friendly and helpful with any questions we had regarding places to see and directions to get there. We will definitely stay here again.

Room was entirely satisfactory. Hotel policy on who receives the 20% discount in the restaurant is very vague. Check in was easy and clerks were cordial and helpful.

Room was very clean and location was good but the view into the parking garage was not appealing and wasn't disclosed.

Always my go to place in Toronto!

All common areas were clean, well lit. The room was clean and in good condition. Great location and decent prices in the restaurant fir Downtown Toronto.

Room was lacking some basic necessities like washcloth. There was a mouse in the dining dining room. Although the staff was incredible, everyone was so friendly and made the stay so much better.
