This was conveniently located for during the world cup ESPECIALLY for the price!! (unusual for that event). Was so grateful. The front desk/concierre were so helpful. The rooftop very classy and yet comfortable, We went in our game clothes but could go dressed up too. Fresh market and waterfront very close by. Loved it all!!! Would definitely return. Gym is ok. Lacking some weights, etc. Have seen better gyms. Very comfy bed. Stay there!

Couldn’t fully close the window so morning noise was pretty bad, and the water machines were a tad bit annoying to get to. Staff were extremely diligent and our room was maintained very well. Staff were extremely welcoming and willing to do whatever they could if we asked.

Excellent customer service. Staff are kind and helpful. The hotel is walking distance to everything, store, restaurants, and tourist attractions. I hope this note finds you well. My family and I just concluded our stay at The Parker Hotel, and I wanted to share both our appreciation and some feedback. We rented the Executive Suite after a long trip, particularly because we were traveling with two young children and hoped for a restful evening. While we found the hotel’s amenities and staff excellent, we unfortunately encountered an issue with a party on the rooftop that lasted until 9 p.m. The loud music kept our kids awake, which affected our early morning plans today. We understand that such events are part of hotel operations, and the team did ask them to lower the volume. However, we believe this type of potential disruption should be clearly communicated on platforms like Hotels.com. I have already informed them.
