Perfect location to ski. A few minutes to lifts. Kitchen good. Quiet. Confusing to get around the property to your room but there seems to be many staff around to assist. End of season and the staff are really nice.

No comments, but the one elevator in our wing being out of order made the wait at the working elevator a bit much and initially tricky to find our suite. Other than that, loved the suite (1br condo suite), very spacious, large bathroom and comfy beds. Close to restaurants and more importantly the gondolas to get up into the alpine. Highly recommend.

Great location in Whistler Village. Property is a bit dated but is perfectly comfortable. Bring your own coffee filters, dishwasher detergent, shampoo, and soap because those either aren't supplied, or aren't supplied in sufficient quantities for the length of your stay. Seems like a silly way to save only pennies of operational costs at the expense of guest experience.

Perfect spot for us as we needed something close to blackcomb gondola. 8 minute walk. From Bus drop head by Tim Hortons/visitor center on the right side. Through walkway then bear right toward totem pole to get to the front desk head up the long flights of stars as will be located on the second floor. This particular room is located in D wing. So where you come in from Tim Hortons cross the walk way to the opening to a little garden stay left and access to D building elevator is there. Amazing staff all happy! and very helpful. Clean, would be nice to have access to a pool but other wise great. Recommend if needed white noise to cancel out some of the noise from the street below and pedestrian walk way to put the fan on in the bathroom. Bring salt and pepper ! lol but there was coffee and sugar provided

Parking is a bit of a maze. An elevator was out of service and had been for a long time. The hot tub has been out of service for years. I couldn't access my room until they replaced the battery in the card reader. The entire hotel is in need of upgrades/refresh. That said, the bed was comfortable, the fireplace worked, the microwave worked. The location is excellent.
