We booked a room for two that should have had a queen bed but it was a full Murphy Bed. Luckily the lodge had another room but it was an additional charge. The staff was very helpful in getting this issue resolved Other than this one mishap the Lodge is centrally located in Whistler Village making it very walkable. We enjoyed our new room, it was quiet and clean.

Most of the amenities were closed or broken - pool hot tub etc. toliet paper was literally the worst ever. Not being able to pay for parking for your entire stay all at once was a pain. Place needs a refresh

Pros: Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Immediately assisted when extra coffee and conditioner was needed. Also came to fix the broken suitcase stand. Cons: washroom door was So loud and squeaky when opening and closing! The curtains were also very squeaky! The suitcase stand was broken and unusable (but was fixed immediately) carpet was old worn down especially at the entrance.
