Hotel execelente e bem localizado. Stand muito acolhedor. O bar do rooftop serve esxvelentes drinks, vinhos e comidas por um preço muito justo.

Excelente localização, quartos bons, café da manhã excelente.Equipe de funcionários prestativa ao extremo, em especial Brendon e Alfonso que se prontificaram e resolveram nosso remanejamento de visita à vinícola e conseguiram transporte cortez e profissional.Parabéns, recomendamos muito.

Great room, great staff and amazing breakfast. Location couldn't be better, 5-minute walk from Costanera Center and literally in front of a subway station.

Nice hotel, well located if you have to go to the city centre. Small but ok gym in the terrace, with a great view.

Hemos tenido el placer de pasar dos noches en pareja en este establecimiento. La experiencia ha sido excepcionalmente satisfactoria: el personal se mostró sumamente amable y servicial, las instalaciones estaban impecables, el ambiente era super tranquilo, el desayuno era muy completo y la ubicación resultaba estratégica y segura. Sinceramente, lo único que lamento es no haber podido prolongar nuestra estancia; nos costó mucho marcharnos. Si visita Santiago de Chile y busca un lugar idílico para su descanso, le recomendamos encarecidamente esta opción.

I stayed here for 26 days, so I feel pretty well qualified to review Solace Hotel. Overall, the experience was excellent. First, the location is unbeatable. It's about a 2 minute walk to the Valdivia Metro station and is in one of the best parts of Providencia, easily walkable to tons of restaurants and shops, and close to the river/bike path. It's a much more interesting part of town than the hotel district in Las Condes. Second, the staff are phenomenal--so helpful and kind. Third, the rooms are nice, with good fixtures and a great shower, although the carpet is a bit thin and the room a bit dark (they gave me an extra lamp). Fourth, the roof deck is stunning, with incredible views, although I couldn't use the pool as it was winter. Workout room up there is nice but could use an update. Finally, breakfast is very nicely done. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Our experience was wonderful in Solace Hotel Santiago. Clean and comfortable rooms, breakfast and dinner very good. We loved the sunset view from the terrace with nice music . The staff were extremely amable and helpful. We got in early morning from USA . Staff arranged to be picked at airport and although checking in was at 3 pm we were accommodated upon our arrival , so we could rest . Everything was great!

Very helpful and welcoming staff, nice reception area with free coffee and a lovely breakfast buffet. The room and bathroom was clean, nice and spacious, only the blind to the shower could not be pulled up. The rooftop bar has a gorgeous view and the pool looks great even though it was too cold for a dip.

Breakfast buffet is not worth paying for. There are great breakfast places nearby and the food is better. Didn’t really enjoy the dinner either, although the pisco sours were amazing. The vent in our bathroom had dust hanging from it and a new bath towel that was given to us had blood on it. The pool looked cool and there were amazing views, but the pool itself looked dirty. The staff was friendly and the location was good though.

Everything was amazing at the hotel Customer service, food, excursions and anything you need will be done.

Great hotel in Providencia, very close to a metro station. Breakfast was good and the rooms were very quiet - would definitely stay again!

Front reception staff are rude and arrogant on booking in, don't expect a warm welcome from reception. The room we booked (1208) was comfortable with a lot of power outlets for charging in the bed head. The view from the room is great. The room is dimly lit with a funny design of the toilet and sink on one side of the room and the shower on the other side of the room. There is a large window in the shower without a blind or cover, so there is no privacy. The roof top bar is awesome with great staff, fantastic and good value menu and great views, worth your time to visit and enjoy. Was a real joy especially after the dealing with the awful staff at the front desk. The breakfast was great with a good selection and lovely staff. There is free coffee in the lobby which was great. The location is good, with easy access to cafes and restaurants as well as some tourist attractions. Unfortunately the hotel is not great in returning messages quickly when you send them on Expedia messenger. We also had to ask for our 20% off food and beverage offer as part of the Expedia booking as the reception staff did not offer this at the time of arrival at the hotel, and they said it was for food only when we asked for the voucher.
