Breakfast is great

Rooms were clean as a whole. The upholstery had minor stains but nothing major. Breakfast was good, would be nice if they showed allergies on the cards describing the food i.e. milk, gluten, vegan etc.

I was really impressed. Honestly, staying here it felt like staying at one of the premium hotels in Macau. Great sized room, super comfortable bed (the pillows could’ve been a little bit harder for my liking), large TV, with plenty of Eng channels (thank God!), Lovely bathroom, everything in very good condition, air-conditioning that was both silent, and powerful, a brilliant breakfast with great quality food selection, a very good gym, and a lovely swimming pool (that was absolutely freezing because it was winter so I didn’t use it), and in a good location. Around a 20 minute stroll to the beach, 10 out of 10!

Everything good, breakfast was a bit on the weak side for selection for $15USD but okay service was very attentive.

It’s NOT AN OCEAN VIEW ROOM. Otherwise, it good though. The room is big with a bath tub in it. Service is good. There is a restaurant serving Cantonese cuisine on 29th floor.

Clean and beautiful room

Check in process is very slow, customer service is not frdly and didnt even know if I booked breakfast buffet or not. Didnt introduce any hotel facilities to me until I ask.

it was a wonderful stay in the hotel that i booked for family trip.

The management and service of this hotel is appalling that reflects the inadequacy of training provided to the frontline staff of operation and F&B. Some of the examples include: - Room dinning ended at 11 pm. The staff suggested us to try Meituan for food delivery. But such mobile app service does not work for tourist without local mobile no. The frontline staff refused to provided further help. - Asked for spa booking telephone no., the hotel staff said they did not know becuase such service was not provided by the hotel. No further assistance provided. - Order birthday cake at the hotel cake shop with written request to put a name on the birthday card. The staff forgot to do so and simply walked away without any apology and further assistance. - Check in service was slow and unprofessional. - Executive Lounge did not open on time at 10 am and no food was availble after 15 minutes late opening. The staff said the kitchen was late for delivery and then walked away without further assistance provided.

Overall it is very good

Love the swimming pool. Staff in the 2nd floor restaurants are very professional. Some areas on the first floor are going through renovation.

Neighborhood has so many closed businesses. It’s so sad to see.
