Zhuhai Marriott Hotel

I was really impressed. Honestly, staying here it felt like staying at one of the premium hotels in Macau. Great sized room, super comfortable bed (the pillows could’ve been a little bit harder for my liking), large TV, with plenty of Eng channels (thank God!), Lovely bathroom, everything in very good condition, air-conditioning that was both silent, and powerful, a brilliant breakfast with great quality food selection, a very good gym, and a lovely swimming pool (that was absolutely freezing because it was winter so I didn’t use it), and in a good location. Around a 20 minute stroll to the beach, 10 out of 10!

All good, except a lady reception check in staff, is not professional, not polite, not listen, not try to understand, not helpful, her character is not suitable for kind of service industry. Disappointed Marriott hotel is not keep to standard in service. HR hired staff in selecting canadiate was not professional. I was specific picked Marriott group for my trip. Lucky the Duty Manger helped and solved the problem for us immediately.
