Great hotel, about 15 mins walk to Tivoli Gardens but close to Christianshavn and Freetown Christiania across the footbridge. Views across the lakes are amazing. Rooms are comfy if a little stuffy, windows do open but there is traffic noise.from.the busy road outside. Rooms are comfy though limited storage for anything other than hanging clothes. Only showers in rooms but plenty of hot water and good pressure. Beds are comfy if a little on the firm side. Upgraded rooms come with higher floors, robes and slippers and a coffee maker which were nice but not sure if worth the extra of the standard price. You can bid to get a better roomwhich is good value. Breakfast isnt automatically included so check the room rate. Breakfast had a good range of items but got very busy at peak times, the servery could do with being bigger and more spread out but the quality and freshness were great. Whilst there are 6 elevators every time you get in one, it seems to stop multiple times - especially if you're in a higher floor. The foyer and bar/lounge are gorgeous and really nice spaces, the staff were really helful too especially after a few mix ups following the upgrade we chose. I'd recommended the hotel as the views are great but it is a bit further out of the centre because of this. Not much nearby the hotel so you'll need to walk or jump on public transport to go out.

We enjoyed our two nights at this very well centered hotel in Copenhagen. The rooms are large, staff is nice and always willing to help. Casino and restaurants are also available for your leisure . We are happy with this property and hospitality.

Very strange that it wasn’t possible to pay for parking at the hotel. It showed there was parking at the hotel, and I had used the filter” parking” in the search. Yet parking was a completely separate system where you had to download a Danish app to pay for parking. It is very strange for a large hotel like this with parking on site to not offer parking through the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from Islands Brygge metro station which makes it easier to access from the airport. We were on the 13th floor and had great views over the city. Lifts were fast and frequent. The room was large and comfortable. The sofa bed was comfortable for our two children and it was separate from the main bedroom. The bathroom had a walk in shower which is much better than a bath with a shower over. Communal areas were immaculate and staff took great pride in their work. Breakfast was a varied buffet which catered for a range of options. The breakfast also had a large ‘free from’ selection which was much better than other hotels we have stayed at. The morning ginger shots were excellent. The breakfast room, although busy, never felt crowded or noisy. The hotel was a short 10 minute walk to the Architecture Centre and the city beyond the river. There are some good bars and restaurants closer to the hotel. We would recommend the hotel and would stay again if we were to revisit.

Great hotel for business travel. Wouldn’t choose again for leisure travel. It was quite out of the way for exploring the vibrant city of Copenhagen. The 24th floor room and view were lovely. We did find the beds to be a little uncomfortable and the room was uncomfortably warm with no option to control the thermostat in room. We were able to open the window a little and they did offer to bring a fan. Staff were lovely. I wouldn’t eat at the Thai restaurant again. The food wasn’t great for the price.
