An enjoyable 3 night stay in Copenhagen. All the staff were helpful. Room was a good size and well equipped, and thankfully quiet. The breakfast offering had all one might expect or wish for and despite having to accommodate a large number of guests was very well run and never a problem to find some where comfortable to sit and eat. Happy to recommend and would use again should I return to Copenhagen.

Staff very friendly, not only on arrival but throughout our stay. Room spacious , very clean & tidy. The room had everything in it that you required ie hairdryer, iron, drinks etc. Also fantastic views from our room on the 17th floor. Hotel well positioned to visit the vast array of sites that Copenhagen offers. Breakfast catered for various tastes & very well presented. Overall a fantastic hotel which I would fully recommend & visit again

The staff were very professional and helpful with the questions we had. We found the room to be too hot and staff advised there was no way to make our room cooler so they gave us a small desk fan. Even the room was small it didn’t help with the heat much. The bathroom was a nice size and we had plenty of hot water for showers. We found the hotel to be in a good location for walking as well as public transportation to the sites.

I booked a family room for 2 adults and 2 children, aged 5 and 7. The accommodation consisted of a bedroom with a double bed and a lounge with a pull down sofa bed. During our 3 day stay, the sofa bed was left down, as a bed and taking up the space of a bed. The sofa couldn't be used because it was a bed. So there was no space for us to move around the lounge area. The room was very hot and I asked housekeeping to show me how the system worked and he said it couldn't go any lower. I asked for fans and was told to only use one in each room. Tea/coffee never topped up. 4 coat hangers and no drawers, so we had to live out of our suitcases. I think we could have got better facilities for the money elsewhere. Nearly £1000 for 3 nights. On a positive note, the best open, serve yourself breakfast I've ever had. Always fully stocked and good quality.

First off it’s a beautiful hotel the view on the lake side is fabulous! Things that could be improved: My bathroom toilet lid was dirty, the ceiling above the shower was ajar very creepy, it was hot in the room, it really needs to have wash cloths. There is nothing to wash your body with. The toilet lid sits too close to the wall so when you sit it digs into your back, there really needs to be a shower door the water goes everywhere! Need more towels. I thought I had an upgraded room but it turns out I only had on a better view room. My friend had the same floor on our last visit and had a better coffee maker and a robe. I think it needs to be more clear in the description exactly what you’re getting so there is no confusion. We did have a wonder man help us at check in. He was funny and nice. Made us feel so comfortable. Thank you

Rooms and grounds were clean. Breakfast was wonderful. Cleaning and breakfast staff were wonderful. Management, check in, parking and information given to guests were horrible. Ended our stay with confusion, unaccountability and parking tickets for lack of knowledge.
