Hilton Cairo Grand Nile

Clean room Great staff Checking in and out was simple - and efficient. Breakfast was nice. Best seats were those overlooking the River Nile. On some days- you could watch and listen to someone playing the piano in the lobby. Absolutely fantastic ! I am still trying to figure out why they give luggage tags at checkout even when you do not let the staff take it off you. If it had the number of bags written on the tag- then fine. Guess they have their reasons for doing so. All in all - a lovely relaxed stay .

Breakfast menu is fresh. Lots of choices There is spa but didnt get the chance to try it due to booked tours. Staff are polite and helpful.

Great hotel, friendly staff and particularly nice heated pool overlooking the Nile.

Excellent location and great view

The rooms are really great! I loved everything. However, the WiFi seemed to have an issue while we were there and did not seem to work in the rooms. That was not nice. Staff are amazing!

Everything about this resort was beautiful. I can’t speak of it enough and will definitely return. The staff were amazing! Always friendly, kind and willing to help.

If it weren’t for the condition of the rooms, I would rate this hotel around 4 to 4.2. The lobby and overall ambience were nice, and the neighborhood was great with plenty of good restaurants nearby. However, the rooms were a major downside—I would rate them no higher than a 3. They felt worn out and poorly maintained. • The carpets were discolored and dirty, especially around the walls. • There was mold where the shower glass meets the metal channel. (I have photos). • The vanity cabinet was worn out and showing signs of decay. (I have photos).

Great hotel, super friendly staff and impeccable service. Great breakfast too.

Perfect everything

This is the old Hilton and the rooms and building shows it but staff were helpful despite language barriers at times. Extravagant breakfast buffet. Revolving restaurant is way overpriced for quality of food. Excellent view of Nile from the balcony side.

Top of the line hotel. Pure class. The staff treats you like a King/Queen. I will always stay here when I come to Cairo

Rooms are older but if you select a room with a view it’s the best in Cairo

Resturant staff could be more attentive. The rooms do need a refurbishment as they are looking tired. Also worth noting the hotel is alcohol free.

Revolving restaurant is amazing. Great views and food very romantic. Staff are very helpful and polite. Location is ideal if travelling to pyramids and museums both around 30 mins drive. About £5 in an Uber. Room is adequately clean and comfortable but could do with a refurb however nothing to complain about. I did visit the Spa and gym. Good machines and good facilities overall. All in all a good hotel I would stay again if in Cairo The only downside was my room was cold as the ac was left on full and the heating didn’t work and I struggled to lock the balcony door. I didn’t follow up as it was a short stay so maybe they could have fixed it if given the chance.

The room was is okay condition but the walls were very dirty and nasty. The wallpaper was peeling and the bathroom had a mildew smell. The staff was very pleasant and the break was appetizing with a cultural variety.
