Resturant staff could be more attentive. The rooms do need a refurbishment as they are looking tired. Also worth noting the hotel is alcohol free.

Revolving restaurant is amazing. Great views and food very romantic. Staff are very helpful and polite. Location is ideal if travelling to pyramids and museums both around 30 mins drive. About £5 in an Uber. Room is adequately clean and comfortable but could do with a refurb however nothing to complain about. I did visit the Spa and gym. Good machines and good facilities overall. All in all a good hotel I would stay again if in Cairo The only downside was my room was cold as the ac was left on full and the heating didn’t work and I struggled to lock the balcony door. I didn’t follow up as it was a short stay so maybe they could have fixed it if given the chance.

The room was is okay condition but the walls were very dirty and nasty. The wallpaper was peeling and the bathroom had a mildew smell. The staff was very pleasant and the break was appetizing with a cultural variety.

100% on the people and service. Looking forward to visiting again.

The hotel is in very poor condition and urgently needs a complete renovation. The carpet in both the lobby and the rooms is extremely old, stained, and visibly dirty. This creates a serious health concern, especially for guests with breathing problems such as asthma. The bathrooms are outdated, the wall outlets are old and worn, and overall the property appears neglected. It seems the condition has not improved since Hilton took over from El Hayat. To make matters worse, we discovered a bedbug on the bed. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and guest safety. This experience was very disappointing, and I strongly urge management to address these serious issues immediately.

Hotel was nasty with old nasty furniture it scared me to touch any of the furniture except for the bed sheets seems to be clean

It was ok

I was in room 2939. Room was nice. Guest relation Ms Marina was prompt and courteous. Housekeeping there wer no tooth brush and vanity kit in toilet. Carpets were not so clean from corridor and room. Glass Shower door was not closing properly and making loud crack sound all water would spil out. some power plus gone loose Bell Captain & Team Super poor service. It took them half hour abd three calls and intervention by Mr Ahmed duty manager before someone came to collect luggage abd put in taxi. We almost missed our taxi due to waiting. SERIOUS IMPROVEMET NEEDED IN BOTH DEPT. All the want is TIP TIP TIP.

Poor & rude receptionist My room 3438 The hotel was perfect and amazing view, excellent food, moderate room prepared and poor & rude receptionist (female) in the morning and (male afternoon )shift when I check out.. Just due to I am Egyptian While Turkish just is ok and late check out free

The lobby of this hotel was great and the views of the Nile was lovely. We had a memorable stay and the staff were all very good, always smiling. Convenient location to get around. On a clear day we could see the Pyramids from our balcony. The buffet breakfast had a good variety of food which was well enjoyed. Overall a great time and experience at the Hilton Cairo Grand Nile.

Property is at excellent location in downtown Cairo. We enjoyed the Nile view room and walking next to Nile. Property needs renovation. Room and decors are dated. Carpets need replacement badly. Breakfast has options but can be better in quality.

This is a well located hotel with impressive facilities. The lobby smells amazing and the pool is fantastic. The staff was largely polite and helpful. We could see the pyramids from our balcony. The rooms could use a facelift, and the breakfast buffet was underwhelming.
