Lovely place , very cost effective, close to the train station, exercise friendly as you can talk a walk by the river. Good views from the rooms, tasty food and lovely staff. Really highly recommended.

Room was lovely, clean and tidy. Very spacious was the suit. Bathroom is dated but was clean. Breakfast was decent and nice views overlooking the quayside and river. View from the room was great could see all the way up and down the Tyne
