I was due to check in at 3pm, I went to the reception to ask if they had a place i could just leave my bag, they offered me a room to check in at 10,30am, Staff were very helpful, Room was very clean and great view, Great central location,

Great location for the city centre, literally 5 minutes from the railway station. Hotel nice enough, needed a little " tidying up" as it looked "tired" in places, but overall very good.

Check in was quick although a minor hitch caused by not having a physical bank card with us. We were allocated a disabled room which would not have been our first choice. The shower space was discoloured and tired. The bed was too hard for my liking and the pillows too soft.
Location wise it is great, and just opposite the train station though you could not hear any noise from where we were on the 6th floor. The buffet breakfast was very good with plenty of options available.
For what we paid this is a great hotel but any more than one night I’d be a bit concerned about the uncomfortable bed.

I visit Newcastle every 3-4 months and always stay at this hotel. The staff are all very helpful, friendly and nothing is ever too much for them. The property is very central to everything such as shops, train station, restaurants and local sights. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

I was really pleased with my stay at this well-run hotel. The location was excellent, and the room was comfortable and clean. Housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout our visit.
Breakfast was exceptional—fresh, varied, and something we looked forward to every morning. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, and the dining room was always clean and well-organized.
Overall, it was an excellent stay. Highly recommended.

Great location.... everything within walking distance, especially train station.
Staff very friendly and helpful...allowed us to check on early.
