ibis London Thurrock M25

My second stay at this Ibis hotel just as good as the first great value i think i will be staying here again in September...thank you.

The keys gave me a hard time being deactivated when in contact with anything went up and down for them

Perfectly located. Good parking. Nice rooms. Friendly, helpful, professional staff.

Property looks new and renovated in pictures of lobby and outside building but room are old and too small. For 1 night stay is fine but anything longer is not good idea. More good properties are available in same area much nearer to shopping mall

The check in ladies were lovely checking in.. they had a tasty dinner/ breakfast menu,, they do Uber drivers here,, they were able to store you luggage,, the the guests seemed nice, never been to an ibis before, so was excited. The check in staff did come across a bit snobby and hostile.. the security boy.. left me carrying my luggage when he could see it was heavy, the room looked like a storage unit/ hostal& unsanitary, they try to charge you £25.00 for brekkie& didn't offer more modern rooms that theve now built

I stay here often. Never have any complaints apart from the price of a pint. 😂

Very shabby property in need of updating. Staff were all very nice, but the room was badly in need of renovation. Probably the hardest mattress/pillow combination I’ve ever slept on; like lying in the road with your head on the kerb.

Showered leaked, food cold at breakfast and aircon noisy. Otherwise friendly staff and clean hotel

On arrival we had to wait 15 minutes for their systems to update before we got our room. We were given access to the hot drinks machine.

Check in took around 15 mins and room smelt like damp

Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely room wirh nice bathroom. Very comfy bed.
