Lovely clean hotel. 15 min walk from Newcastle city centre and close to public transport options. Italian restaurant attached who were happy to provide food to take back to the room (food was excellent too!). Staff were really friendly and helpful and having a grab and go breakfast you child pre order was a great option

We arrived late but easily found the hotel and their free parking and reception was open and welcoming. Room 1 was bit hard to find: upstairs then down some stairs but it was a nicely decorated family room with a decent sized bathroom. Worked great for us. Breakfast was served quickly with a nice chat.

A fabulous third stay at this lovely hotel. As always, a fabulous breakfast is served, with various choices available. My room was very comfortable and homely, with an ensuite bath/shower room. This hotel is situated in a lovely area, with excellent transport links into town and the surrounding areas.

Returned here after a really nice experience previously. Service was great. The room was brilliant, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely although 8.30am is the latest they do on a weekday. One minor thing was my room was right by the extractor vent for the restaurant so this created noise from 6.30am. It wouldnt put me off staying again. Great hotel and I fully recommend it.
