The clean staff were wonderful and all the staff would acknowledge you when they passed. Truly wonderful staff with the exception of the gentleman that checked us in and out. Everyone else was extremely pleasant and ready to assist. The gentleman that made our omelets on the weekend was amazing. We are Looking forward to booking the hotel on our next visit to London. Well Done!!!!

Really love this hotel. The staff is exquisite, helpful polite, and eager to help even without you asking. The managers are superbly trained and they almost read your body language from a distance to come and check on what needs to be done. Very attentive! Renovated property that is like an oasis in the middle of a challenging city. My too was very bright, overlooking Hyde park. Really loved everything about this place and would come again.

Room was clean. Daily housekeeping, turndown service and free water. Full gym with squad racks and dumbbells. Helpful staff to bring you shaving kit, dental kit, etc. HMDI plugin requires help from staff. Great location! Not exactly sure what VIP gets you. Normally, I get a meal discount voucher or a bottle of free champagne but I didn’t receive of these from this hotel.

We had an amazing stay! Staff were wonderful, breakfast was great, and the room was spacious and clean. We loved being right next to the park. Easy to take the bus right in front of the hotel and the tube was a short walk away. Also easy to walk to shopping and restaurants nearby. We will definitely come back!
