Room was clean; staff were friendly and helpful; location was ideal for sightseeing and travel to other areas in England for day trips (easy walk to Euston Station and St. Pancras/Kings Cross). Underground is an easy walk from hotel and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby for meals and souvenirs. There are two parks at either end of the block for enjoying nature. I especially enjoyed the cafe and pub onsite for days when I didn’t want to go back out for dinner. Would recommend staying here for location and value.

Easy to travel to, and it’s also easy to travel to other places from this hotel since there’s stations nearby from a walkable distance. There’s two restaurants downstairs if you go outside, both owned by the hotel, they are quite decent, the prices are also decent. The floor of my hotel room had some orange / red stain next to my bed, but other than that it was clean. I do have to say that at night it gets really hot, there’s no AC, so open up the window a little at night. There’s also no toothbrushes, so bring your own, along with toothpaste. Check in and out was pretty quick. Decent experience for the price.

Good for the price in a City like London. We had a twin room and the beds were really comfortable we both had a good sleep. I got a late check out at 19:00 for 50% of the room price I paid , this was ideal for us. Staff were great at the reception and the housekeeping got us an iron quickly after asking and with a smile. Great location too

I was a little disappointed in our stay. The hotel and room was very tired and in need of an update. In the morning the windows were running with condensation. The windows let an awful lot of noice through and I was awake for the 3 nights listening to the roar of traffic. The restaurants attached to the hotel were very expensive and not of the best quality. I’d recommend finding somewhere else to eat. On the day of leaving we were in a rush and needed a taxi. They said to just wait out in the forecourt ans taxis arrived every few minutes and they wouldn’t specifically call a cab. After a 15 min wait we left, turned onto the road and flagged one down immediately. Very underwhelming experience. It was ok at best.
