Well located hotel, very clean, decent price for London. Good shower, lovely smelling toiletries. No air con in rooms and when windows are open it’s very noisy, they know this and they provide ear plugs!! Sofa bed not very comfortable! Main beds are.

A good business/tourist hotel near Russell Square. Property is vast, well maintained and very clean. Rooms are fairly Spartan, though beds are exceptionally comfortable. Lack of air conditioning is a problem in warmer months. Recommended.

Very very busy place - staff booking in on reception were stressed and we were left with no attendance for 15 minutes. Apart from that hotel was OK.

The room was clean and comfortable but small. I booked a room with 2 single beds by mistake. It's window faces the court yard where a pizza restaurant and an open air bar are located. A big crow on Saturday night so very noise until late evening close to midnight. No AC in room so I need to leave the window open. Avoid this room unless you want to join the party.
