St George Hotel Wembley

My only criticism was that the lift was not working all the time we stayed there? And we were on floor 4?

Hotel well clean and comfortable, Breakfast was disappointing. Lack of vegan/vegetarian options.

Basically this hotel although situated in a brilliant place if you are going to Wembley Stadium, has been neglected. Their was only one man Cooking, Washing up, Waiting on tables, running up and down the stairs to customers for customer requests. The lift was broken, so every guest was having to climb two lots of stairs per floor to get to their room. We were on the 4th Floor, so that was 8 lots of stairs, in 35 degrees heat. And the stairs are steep. We were not warned about this, when we booked. As for our room, The carpet was in a bad state of repair & the sofa bed was stained. I never had tea spoons & had no balcony furniture. Also which is strange they had never heard of decaf tea bags. So I had to go and buy some. Plus the poor man that was doing absolutely everything was also carrying customers cases up and down stairs. Considering the size of this hotel and location, in my opinion this hotel is getting very neglected and a million percent under staffed. Their floor in the cafe area had an area where the tiles had been broken. If i didn't see one person trip over it, I saw a dozen. I am pretty sure we paid over a £1000.00 in total for two people for one night bed & breakfast. This is really not acceptable for the state of the hotel. S Ball

The check in was very slow only one member of staff on the desk with about 5 people waiting to check in We were on the 4th floor the lift was broken and had been for some time and not due to be fixed for ten days , there was no one to help with bags not the best arrival The room was very nice clean good all you would want Breakfast a bit basic plastic cups for juice no menu just cooked or continental, there were 6 of us they served 2 eggs each , not one was even slightly runny Compared to other hotels around I think ok value once they fix the lift

DIDNT HAVE THE BREAKFAST LIFT WASNT WORKING BED WAS COMFORTABLE AND ROOM WAS OKAY BUT THE BATHROOM FRAME COMING AWAY FROM WALL, PLUG SOCKET PANEL AT LEFT HAND SIDE CAME AWAY FROM THE WALL. CARPET WAS DIRTY, COULD DO WITH DE-CAF TEABAGS AS AN OPTION. £250 PP PER NIGHT WASNT WORTH IT IN MY OPINION BUT THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT. DEFINITELY A 3* PLUS ONLY NO EVENING MEAL OPTION

My room has sick stains on the carpet, I asked for them to be cleaned six hours later it still hadn’t been. Lift was out of order, restaurant and bar were closed. Hotel was generally grubby and dirty. Room was noisy and we could smell weed. We checked out as it was awful. No manager to deal with issues.

Lift not working and ceiling peeling in shower room. Excellent location for Wembley stadium. Parking on site.

Great location for events at Wembley. Nice modern room, great shower and a/c. Lift was broken when I stayed, not sure if this is an ongoing issue.

Great location, had AC so perfect as it was hot. Big room clean staff were very nice. We had Emily meet for a concert and they used the hotel parking which was very convenient. I would stay there again

Would give a 0. Room was damaged and had marks over the floor, staff gave us the best room apparently. Only stay if you want a low cost and won’t be staying in the room much. Also, the water for the shower is only warm after running it for 5 minutes+

The air-conditioning did not work properly in my room and was stuck at 5° and wouldn’t switch off making my sleep very restless

Elevator was not working. Shower water was not hot enough.

Lift didn't work for the entire time we stayed there. Annoying as I have mobility issues but not as bad as those who were on the upper floors. Bar not open as 'no staff available' Good location near the stadium Everything is quite tatty and a bit down at heel but the bed was comfortable and the shower was ok. Needs non-slip on the shower tho as very slippery.

The room was clean. A bit noisy because the window is facing to the main street and the stay was during the weekend.

Really close to Wembley so the perfect stop if you are there for a show. Staff were very helpful and room was great quality for the price.

The elevator was broken for the entire stay. The rooms are filthy: every inch of the curtains are stained, there are sticky substances in the carpet, I wore shoes 100% of the time because the floors were disgusting. The room reeks of cigarettes and no amount of perfume would cover it up. In extremely terrible shape.

Perfect for a 1 night stay after a wembley concert

Plenty of parking, lovely staff and really good location if you are going to Wembley, will be my go to in the future.
