Lovely property with great great pool, sauna and steam room, often a shortage of towels. Think the lobby and main areas only get cleaned once a week as often look in need of a Hoover. Nicely furnished. Friendly staff, lovely breakfast. Rooms nice and spacious with fridge and balcony. Great location.

Outstanding, the receptionist couldn’t have done enough for you , the stay was perfect with best views on Mont Blanc. 8 days I spent touring the Mont Blanc and this finished it off perfectly. The location is so safe and guaranteed the best views, spa was outstanding and food, Only fault I had was lifts were very troubled on each floor ( receptionist had to take a lift with me) but I was given a free drinks voucher for the trouble. Sauna was still out of use even though it stated a definite date it didn’t happen so disappointed with that as wanted the spa as main priority. But the receptionist made it all worth while she was outstanding ing. ( didn’t get her name but a very curly haired girl who couldn’t do enough for you ) I shall be back !

Excellent location and very comfortable stay. The rooms are a bit too hot, otherwise a very pleasant stay. Highlights are location, pool and the breakfast.

Great location right across the street from the bus stop and a 10-15 minute walk from town center. Front staff is friendly but understaffed. Loved the sauna and hammam! The downside is the rooms are REALLY dark, no washcloths, and no microwave. Overall good but not great!

It was a comfortable and pleasant stay. The only negative was that our room was reassigned to new guests on our last night so strangers were able to unlock our door and enter our room. This occurred during the early evening while we were in the room so the new guests could tell that it was occupied and walked out immediately. Other than this, the amenities and location were top notch.

Room was clean and bathroom was very nice. The location is perfect. For a four star hotel, I was expecting better amenities. The pool and the hot tub were overcrowded and more like a lukewarm bath. Breakfast is ridiculously priced... just go into town.

The room was stuffy and very hot requiring us to keep the patio door open. But then it was very noisy with people talking loudly until 3 in the morning! The beds were also very soft. We could not sleep.

The room was spacious,relaxing and comforting but it irritated me that they wanted to charge me for a meal I haven't ordered at their restaurant,when I showed them through my banking application that I ate in the center of Chamonix,they admitted it was mistake.

The hotel simple is not worth the money. Spa and amenities are ok but the room was horrible. We had a room on the last floor so, apparently, it had sloped ceiling. We had a sofa in addition to queen bed so It was not possible to walk to the balcony without bending over which was not super exciting for a person with bad back. Also, we were constantly hitting our heads on it. They tried to trim it with soft material (I guess they realized it was a problem) but it was still unpleasant. Check in was also super late so we super exhausted when we got to the room.

Hotel is in a great location next to the central bus station and is also walking distance to downtown Chamonix. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The hot tub, steam room, and sauna overlooking Mont Blanc was the best part of the hotel after a long day on the slopes. My only critique would be if you would like a quiet room to book a room facing the Mont Blanc side to not get noise from the bus station. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The hotel is really well placed next to Chamonix Sud bus station, to connect to Geneva airport and all the skibusses. The Spa is lovely, although another hot-tub would not go amiss. The room was quite small and not well appointed, even though we did not book the cheapest. The breakfast was wonderful overall, great choices, except for the coffee which was very poor.
