The hotel is close to the Eiffel Tower, only 10 minutes walk. Recommended! Will definitely stay here again. The room is ok, the hotel atmosphere is ok, right next to it is a shopping mall

Hotel staff is friendly. There is a place to store luggage, so if you don't have a room you can leave it. The room is clean and enough for two. Close to Javel station and a little far to Hakiem beer station. From the front of the hotel you can take photos with a view of the Eiffel.

We really had the best time staying 4 nights at Novotel Paris, my kids loved it too. The free breakfast was good and it's a 15- munute walk to the Eiffel tower so we went to the tower every afternoon to end the day. Our room was cleaned everyday. The only thing I don't like is that the sink was separated from the restroom, but that is not a big issue really. There is also a water refilling station which we used everyday. The lobby is always clean and they have 6 elevators so it is very convenient! Our room also has the view of the Siene River so it's beautiful at night!

The rooms are not clean and carpet is very dirty. Seems like 30 years old. Also, they charged more than Expedia price and the receipt they gave me took it back when I asked why the price is higher than Expedia confirmed price. So in overall the experience was not good.

Really nice hotel, great location for the Eiffel Tower. However, one of our rooms was very hot and could not be cooled, and the sofa bed is awful. Rickety, uncomfortable and very dated in all three rooms we had. Main beds were very comfortable, so would recommend for a couple.

Amazing staff that made the stay great! Even at our checkout the staff in charge of luggage helped us with our taxi after a horrible uber experience. Thanks for taking care of us from start to finish! Especially at our exit

Excellent breakfast, beautiful view from the room. About 15 min walk to Eiffel Tower. You can see Eiffel Tower right from outside the hotel entrance. Location is excellent . So close to a mall and good dining options. Staff is very helpful. They let us check in 2 hours before the check in time.

Did not have breakfast there as it was not included with our room. The room itself was very small and stuffy. The bathroom small they did not have any hair conditioner or body lotion in the bathroom. When I asked the front desk they said their hotel did not provide these in their hotel rooms. Rooms need to be updated, tile in the bathroom was broken carpet was dirty. Definitely not. 4 star as recommended. Only thing going for this place was their lobby was nice and clean they had nice water fountains to fill your weather bottles. This hotel is waking distance from the Eiffel Tour and a local train station.
