Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel

The rooms are worn and just dated. The shower had mold and wasn’t cleaned properly. It’s a great budget hotel but I had no idea. If you’re looking for a better quality and clean hotel, avoid this place.

The room is poor and lacking basic facilities e.g. No English breakfast tea, milk, the room temperature was warm and I couldn’t regulate it to cool enough to match the weather outside, the small refrigerator was not functioning, the tv channels are mainly in French which is great but the Netflix should be available for use in English language. Overall despite the location and ambience of the hotel, it lacked the features that would make it a 4 -star hotel. I’m quite disappointed with the overall standard.

Great place close to the Eiffel Tower!

The room was in good condition, but the shower pod and glass door kept leaking on the floor. Wasn’t so great as it’s slippery! Checking in wasn’t so great very much supermarket style welcoming . Wanted to settle payment on arrival and during the stay was ok. Breakfast range wasn’t the best. Also was very hectic and busy. Not a really good range with hot breakfast and overly price not so much value for money. Great locations to iconic landmark!

This is not a 4 star hotel. I would say it is more equivalent to a 3 star hotel. The room we was presented with on arrival was totall different from the photos when we initially booked on Expedia. Also, booking details said minibar + water will be included, but this was not the case. We made a complaint to the manager and he changed our room. However, the new room was also appalling. The room was very dirty, body hair in bed sheets, black/ brown stains on carpet, broken/ damaged furniture, bed was very dusty which left us with itches/ rash, and ventilation fan in bathroom did not work. Won't be staying here again.

We choose this property to be as close as possible to Eiffel Tower, and it was the perfect choice! The hotel was just perfect, the view to the city was amazing and staff very friendly. Breakfast was also up to the standards with plenty of options. We loved this hotel and would definitely go back!

All was wonderful until the last day, by the lobby in the second building, while we waited, a huge roach ran across under our table! So disgusting and disappointing.

Room was clean, but the AC did not work. The room was kind of hot in the middle of the winter. Breakfast was good, the staff was friendly, the bar was cozy. I have a family of 5 and it was great for my kids to go to the pool. The sauna was nice and hot

Room temperature too hot with no way to adjust. No top sheet provided so removed comforter from it's lighter cover and used that to sleep. General room cleanliness could be improved: Stains on carpet, small ants in washroom, wine bottle top (not ours) under the desk. Drying line in washroom removed/unavailable. Wake up function on phone unavailable for use and advised is not a service provided by hotel staff. Snack room available with microwave but without easy access to disposable utensils, plates or cups. Unable to purchase a la carte breakfast or dinner - only buffet type which had limited choices spread out over a noisy, large room. Only available luggage scale locked in luggage storage requiring staff access - not always readily available. No in room hand lotion provided - helpful during dry, winter weather. When requested some, staff brought up shower gel and shampoo.
