We arrived before the room was ready, but they stored our luggage. They were helpful with directions and restaurants, and told us where to avoid, for safety. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the view was amazing! They were very friendly.

Staff was beyond nice and courteous. Breakfast buffet had many choices and was good. Bar drinks and small bites were excellent! We loved our stay there, location was perfect, room was roomy and comfortable. Rooms on street do have some street noise.

Room was fine. Unfortunately very few staff were willing to assist us in finding transportation due to taxis being on strike the day I was scheduled to leave. We stayed in the lobby for 6 hours no one offered water, addition time in the room or nothing. Not sure if I’ll come back to Greece at all…

Staff was great, helpful, always there when you needed something. The room itself was pretty much in good condition, it was always clean, new, but the shower towels were too small and we didn’t have enough. The shower itself was missing half the door so when you shower the water comes all out of the shower and goes all over the floor which would create a mess.

A lovely hotel with amazing views of the acropolis. Frame rooms are worth the money, luingnin bed at night with a view of thw acroplis and a small balcony, with seats, which to be hinest, are not the most comfortable. The hotel is on a relatively busy one way street but earplugs are supplied and we didnt have any problem sleeping but if you are a light sleeper, this might be an issue. Staff were attentive and very polite 2 mins to syntagma square. Loads of coffee shops, restaurants and places just to watch the world go by around the area. Really at the centre of everything you could want in a visit to athens.

Excellent location. We were upgraded to an Acropolis view room; don’t expect that in high season. Clean spacious room, friendly service. Acropolis view from the breakfast room. Our only criticism is that there could be much better water pressure in the shower. Highly recommend.

Nice, friendly staff. Always available to help. Nice convenient location a stones throw away from syntagma. Breathtaking view of the Acropolis from the rooftop. It was a shame the open area was closed due to refurbishment. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choice. The family room even though it had a lot of space but wasn’t designed well and felt a bit cramped because of the narrow nature of it. The great thing about the room was that the TV had Netflix and YouTube where you could use your account which was a real plus considering if you have kids. The rooms were quite cosy and the temperature control worked well. Our room had a balcony but no chairs and the railing meant that it was not safe for kids to be out in the balcony. I would have also preferred a small fitness area considering it is a four star hotel but I knew that before making the booking In summary, I would definetly recommend this hotel for family travel and to be in close vicinity to restaurants and attractions.

Lots of outside noise until 3:30 am. Room was too warm. Room was very nicely appointed. Beds comfortable. Staff was excellent. Breakfast with a view couldn’t be beat. (The Acropolis).
