Great service and fantastic location. This will be our go-to hotel anytime we have to stay at your Jakarta airport. When we arrived at terminal 3 we called the hotel for directions. They sent two people to help with our luggage, we didn't even have to ask. It was particularly helpful because my wife is pregnant. The hotel was a five-minute walk to our check-in. Breakfast was offered from 2 am which was great because we needed to leave the hotel by 4 am. They also offered us a trolley to use for our luggage which made getting to the terminal much easier. They were out of queen or King beds but they sent someone to our room to push the twin beds together which was a nice accommodation. A recommendation for anyone who is taking a domestic flight the day before an international flight is to take Garuda or Citilink as they are the domestic airlines that fly into terminal 3 which is the international terminal. Other domestic airlines require you to change terminals. Because we flew Citilink from Central Java to Jakarta, it was very easy to get to the hotel and to our international flight in the morning.

I just needed to sleep well before going to flight. So the place is just in the right spot. Only 10 minutes from the airport by car. The hotel offers free shuttle at certain times. If you missed it, don't worry, there's always a Rp 50,000 rented car.

Good hotel to spend with family during this pandemic. I stay with my family. We enjoy staying at this hotel. Good services. We ordered some food and drinks by gofood/Grabfood and the reception was willing to receive the orders. Room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was good though not many choices.

This hotel is Perfect for the family because the location is mid of Gading Serpong & facilities from the hotel. You can swim with your family in this pool, wide & clean. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by a friendly receptionist and it didn't take long to check in. The room is clean, the bathroom is clean & you can open the balcony door to see the view outside the room. I am very satisfied with this hotel and the price offered. Thank you.

Room was great, really comfort and all its good to stay with family. Breakfast menu are less varied and the porridge is a bit sour. Need to rejuvenate the room because the floor in my room has stains that cannot be removed. Thank for the great hospitality for all staff who worked well during this pandemic that didn't know when it would end.

Yellow Bee Tangerang
Nice place to stay with family. A spacious room with 3 bed and below 500k rate/night is such great things. 👍🏻. Add on 50k/person for ala carte breakfast also being offered when check in. However location of the hotel is surrounded by so many restaurants and near to the local street food market. All the things can be reached by taking a walk for few minutes, or just put the order on online order with many free/low delivery cost.

ibis budget Jakarta Airport
As a Muslim, I found out the unique mosque surrounding the hotel. It takes 10 minutes from my hotel by foot. I got to use the gym and I like the atmosphere outside when the sunset was coming. The hotel served customers with various breakfast and it was tasty enough. Staff assistance gave me details about the accommodation to the airport. This is my first time staying at an Ibis Budget hotel and maybe I would recommend it for my next trip. The price is very reasonable if we compare it with its strategic location near the airport.

This place is not at all comfortable for staying. Bathroom cleanliness is an issue, wash basin jams, toilet flush is not good. Room ambience is bad, bed sheet has cigarette burns, pillows are not comfortable.
