Thank you, Hotel Elmi. I was very impressed with my stay here. All the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and professional. Although it's an older hotel, the facilities are very well-maintained and clean. I would definitely stay here again if I were in Surabaya.

Can be a mainstay when you want to stay in the heart of Surabaya. The facilities are complete, the swimming pool is really cool, various choices of breakfast menus with flavors that suit my tongue. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious. Traditional dishes like rawon, rujak cingur, etc. have a truly Surabaya-like flavor and are delicious. Don't forget the oxtail soup, which has been legendary since the 1980s. It's said that the chef is still the same chef from the 1980s (amazing). The Chinese food is also very delicious. Many of the employees here have been very senior since the hotel's inception. This is remarkable because it shows how well the management treats the hotel staff, which makes them happy and continue to work here. It's no wonder their hospitality is extraordinary, as they treat their guests well. The hotel environment is shady and beautiful, like an oasis in the heat of Surabaya.

A great place for a staycation, the place is nice, spacious and the food is delicious, close to shopping centers and close to famous fruit sellers in Surabaya, basically if I go to Surabaya I will stay at the Elmi Hotel again
