I arrived at the hotel at 3 a.m. (ahead of time, 7 a.m.) from Manado. I just wanted to take a nap at the lobby before seeing the Sherly (whale shark); however, the staff member named Andres helped me to check in early. Despite seeing the Sherly, the people in Gorontalo are also amazing, ramah, mesra. I would say the word 'terhutang budi' to Andres, who saved my time and my energy. Also, the room was very clean and comfortable.

A very comfortable hotel in Gorontalo city, strategically located in the Mall. The breakfast is delicious. I like the tinutunya the most. The hotel is clean. The staff are friendly. Close to pia saronde. If you want to go to whale shark tourism, it's only 15 minutes away

The Fox Hotel is highly recommended to stay here if you go to Gorontalo. The location is in the mall and everywhere is close. The hotel is clean and the employees are friendly. The AC is also cold, there is a swimming pool too. Next to the hotel there is Gramedia and the Saronde souvenir center. Next, I will stay here again if I go to Gorontalo

Not recommended for you if you want good sleep. There was no information during check-in about whether live music was available until midnight, and your room is only above the area where the live music played. The location of the live music was quite unusual, being at the pool area on the same floor as the lobby, with your room balcony directly above. A bad experience.

The hotel staff was quite friendly, especially the security guard who helped us carry our luggage to our room... But they were a bit uninformative. Customers with cars should report to the front desk. Please provide parking specifically for hotel guests, as it's a bit difficult to find. When the mall is busy, it's a bit difficult to park inside. Also, yesterday we had a pretty noisy bed; the slightest movement made a noise. It was a bit uncomfortable. We won't review the food as we didn't have the breakfast package. Hopefully, it will be improved. Thank you.

Stayed here on January 1, 2026 because the kids wanted a staycation at a hotel with a pool, came to check in at 2 o'clock and got a room at 6 pm,,,crazy the wait was so long,,,was stranded in the lobby waiting,,when I asked the staff,,the room was being cleaned,,is it true that they clean the room for 4 hours,,,when I entered the room there was no soap and towels,,,what a shame even though the price was quite good,,,please improve the service,,,

I stayed here around 2020, and honestly, the room comfort was a bit less. I don't know if it was because we were staying there with a lot of other guests or if it was just like that. The location is very strategic.

The AC leaked. The room was a bit dirty. The toilet was also dirty. Check-in was late and we got a room quite late, but we still didn't get any compensation when we checked out.
