Everything was fine, except for one annoying issue: the shower in room 615, as shown in the video. To shower, you had to stick it to the wall. I've reported it to housekeeping, but nothing has changed, not even a notice.

Regarding hotel management, I feel that Hotel Santika has quite good maintenance. However, the room I stayed in, the sheets and pillowcases were a bit dull. There were not many TV channels (mostly local channels), especially in the bathroom, because the bidet was leaking. I also felt that the restaurant was lacking in my opinion. It didn't seem to meet Hotel Santika standards. The service was good. The AC was cold. The location was strategic. I was given an early check-in. Thank you 🙏🏼😊
