Everything was great, I highly recommend this hotel. It's conveniently located and the staff are professional.

I'm really happy to have stayed here, the room is big and the minibar is big. The cleanliness is still maintained. The staff is friendly from reception to housekeeping. Although the bathroom light was off when I checked in, the engineering came quickly to replace it. The bed is king size but the bed sheets are small and connected together, and the blanket is also small and is placed horizontally so it only covers the lower part of the body. The swimming pool is clear and there are many small children on school holidays.

Good, quiet, recommended to stay here.

Saya menginapkan tamu kantor di Inna Bali Heritage Hotel lewat app. Ini bukan sekadar pengalaman buruk — ini pengalaman yang memalukan sebagai pihak yang bertanggung jawab atas tamu. Kondisi kamar: • Bocor. • AC tidak menyala. Ini bukan masalah “ekspektasi terlalu tinggi”. Ini masalah standar dasar hotel yang tidak terpenuhi. Kamar bocor dan AC mati bukan fitur heritage. Saat kami minta pindah kamar, jawaban dari pihak hotel: “Ini memang hotel tua, jadi semua seperti ini.” Kalau semua seperti itu, mungkin yang perlu dipertanyakan adalah kenapa kamar-kamar tersebut masih dijual. “Hotel tua” bukan alasan untuk menjual kamar yang tidak layak pakai. Karena booking dilakukan via Traveloka dan sifatnya non-refundable, saya hubungi CS Traveloka. Jawabannya: tidak bisa refund karena kebijakan. Saat tamu saya tanya ke hotel, jawabannya: refund urusan Traveloka karena pembayaran belum diterima. Jadi tamu dipingpong antara hotel dan platform. Yang lebih absurd, uang masih di Traveloka. Kalau memang kamar jelas bermasalah, kenapa tidak dikembalikan saja dan saya pesan ulang hotel lain via Traveloka saat itu juga? Uangnya tetap di ekosistem yang sama. Tapi ternyata lebih mudah berlindung di balik kata “non-refundable” daripada menyelesaikan masalah nyata di lapangan. Dan puncaknya: Pukul 22.00 WITA, tamu saya diminta untuk checkout saat itu juga. Tamu kantor. Malam hari. Dalam kondisi sudah lelah. Disuruh keluar. Ini bukan sekadar pelayanan buruk. Ini tidak profesional dan tidak berempati. Untuk pihak hotel: Kalau memang seluruh kamar “seperti itu”, mungkin yang perlu diperbaiki bukan penjelasan ke tamu, tapi kualitas properti sebelum dijual ke publik. Untuk Traveloka: Kebijakan non-refundable seharusnya tidak berlaku untuk kamar bocor dan AC mati. Itu bukan pembatalan sepihak. Itu kegagalan layanan. Saya jarang menulis review sepert ini, tapi supaya tamu lain tidak terjadi hal kek gini, bahkan saya kena SP dari perusahaan. Sy mau buat reviewna 0 tp tdk bs

What's not quite right is the atmosphere is too scary. Several incidents: noisy bathrooms and unclear voices. For those who like to test their courage, it's perfect. Suggestion: Not the right hotel for the timid

strategic location in the city, close to tourist destinations and comfortable

My booking via traveloka was not "inlisted in their system". I booked 2 rooms in the afternoon. I checked-in in the evening, yet the room was still not prepared. The room was smelly and dirty although I have waited for about 30 minutes for them to "prepare" the room. I can see rodents running around in front of my room. Really bad experience. Definitely not coming back.

Came here because of the training held at the hotel, the staff is friendly, the WIFI is SUPER FAST AND STABLE, the location is strategic, the room is overall clean, the only drawback is that there are still leftovers from the previous occupants' food in the refrigerator. Across from and around the hotel there are several interesting cafes. Overall GREAT 👍👍

A historic hotel in Bali. From the time of Bung Karno. The building and rooms are very classic. The rooms are spacious. Unfortunately, there is no bidet or toilet in the bathroom. So I was a bit confused when taking a shower. A hotel that is struggling in times of crisis like now. The number of staff is also small. Hopefully it can rise again.

The location is great, right in the middle of Denpasar city. A heritage hotel that is still very well maintained and cared for. We really appreciate the friendly and helpful service from all the staffs. We will definitely be back...
