Keren, lokasi bagus. Cocok untuk yg lg liburan atw singgah sbntr.

I ordered a club sandwich which the menu read as with vegetables but I was given a chicken sandwich. Iam a vegetarian and got a shock when I was served the chicken dish. Also, the French fries were missing. Room is too small compared to what they claim.

Affordable stay! Love it. Strategic position also.

The room is nice & clean. I hope they can maintain it well so when I come again next time it's still in a good condition. Many hotels doesn't care about maintenance. The hotel is quite busy with some groups (2-3 buses group) and the hotel only has 1 small elevator. Really appreciate if they can add one more at least. The rooftop restaurant doesn't look good as it's in the picture. It's much smaller and the cigarette smoke is the main disturbance there. It's a pity. But overall, I like the hotel 👍🏻

Fasilitasnya sangat memuaskan, permainannya banyak walaupun ada jam operasionalnya. Hanya disayangkan kamarnya tidak sebagus bintang 5 lainnya. Staff sangat helpful dan ramah. Breakfast cukup bervariasi dan rasanya enak.

Hotel lama tapi tetap. Nyaman cuman sayang bantalnya kecil2 dan tipis jd kurang nyaman. Smg bisa diupgrade ke bantal yg lbh bagus.

Parkiran susah, ada bau2 yg aneh di parkiran dan tempat makan. Remote TV tidak berfungsi dengan baik. Terdapat wallpaper yg terkelupas tidak diperbaiki.

Recommend for your family. Near Ambarukmo Plaza.

Too long waiting rooms are ready, my fam exhausted and still waiting until 15:30 from promises 14:00, staff not 100 % friendly.
