Check-in was smooth, and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable, allowing me to rest well. The hotel facilities were also quite complete and well-maintained. The breakfast menu offered a wide variety of delicious dishes. Overall, my stay here was very satisfying. Room and Cleanliness: The room I stayed in was clean and tidy. The room size is standard but comfortable enough for 2 people. The bed was clean, the sheets smelled good, and the AC was cool. The bathroom was well-maintained with hot water that worked well. For this price, the cleanliness was above expectations. 2. Service: The reception staff were very friendly and helpful from check-in. The administrative process was fast and straightforward. When I asked for information on nearby restaurants, the staff promptly provided accurate recommendations. 3. Facilities: The hotel provides complete basic facilities such as stable free WiFi, a parking area, and a restaurant. The restaurant's location on the ground floor makes it easy to have breakfast or dinner without having to leave the hotel. The breakfast buffet is simple but varied for a hotel in its class. 4. Location: Hotel Radja's location is very strategic.
