The hotel itself is really old but maintained well. The location is superb, you can just walk anywhere in the neighbourhood and loads of great places in the area. Hotel service (the hotel staff) are well trained, most of the are seniors, extremely helpful. PS: the hotel carpet smells and the shower is awful.

I never liked neoclassical-styled hotels to be honest, but I can say this hotel is beyond expectation. The room was clean and spacious with the most comfortable bed. The breakfast was great, too. Located right in the heart of Blok M, this hotel is the best one to choose for city-travel, staycation, etc.

We stayed a night in Intercontinental Jakarta Pondok Indah last weekend. It's located in Pondok Indah Mall 2 so very strategic. We got early check in at 11 am, very efficient and fast respond. The lobby hotel have a magnificent luxury design. Our classic room also have a luxurious design and very spacious overlooking Pondok Indah Mall 3 and Jakarta cityscrappers. Our bathroom equipped with deep bathub and separate shower and closet. The housekeeping ask us whetever we ask for inroom need. Breakfast was awesome with plenty of food and drink. The swimming pool also the wow factor because they implemented strict healthy protocol. Maximum of 12 guests can enjoy the whole pool with reservation. I think, Intercontinental Jakarta Pondok Indah is the best luxurious hotel in South Jakarta. With best services and facilities, surely we will back here. Thank you intercontinental Jakarta

Honestly, it is neither awesome nor unsatisfying. The guest room was a bit dingy. The bed cover, bed sheet and pillow covers had too much stains on it to not feel a bit disgusted upon seeing it. The table where they put the coffee and tea making tools was not well cleaned (had ants running around the table). All in all, the guest room was definitely in need of a better maintenance. Hopefully, business will get better soon so that the hotel management can provide better maintenance. On the bright side, the location was definitely strategic; The area offers a lot of choices for foods! If you're taking public transportation to get to the hotel, it is located within walking distance from MRT blok m bca and Blok m bus Terminal (definitely easy to get there!). The room price for one night without breakfast was pretty cheap, considering it 's Jakarta. AC and hot water also worked well (please bring your own toiletries as it is not provided by the hotel). The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. Overall, I don't mind coming back again.

It was a great experience. Stayed here for few days during my home renovation. The staffs were nice and helpful. The room was clean, and they clean it in daily basis. I asked for extra chair as we needed to WFH during the stay, and they provided it. The foods were amazing; Plenty, varies, and taste good. The location is strategic. It is also connected to Dharmawangsa Square so you can eat, go to salon or buy snacks at Ranch Market. There is also Bebek Goreng Pak Joko Putera nearby which you should try!

I have a good experience overall, especially with the administration process from check-in until check-out has a high flexibility process, I have forgotten to give the key back to the reception when check-out, while I'm already at the office, and they give me a solution to coming back to the hotel after office hours to give the key back, which I think that a simple solution with saving so much time for me. And I want to give a compliment to Mr Adrian at the front office, taking care of my administration process very well from check-in until check-out, also accompanied by the key problems. Mr Adrian also gives an extra service even if it's only a simple thing, but it matters. Overall I liked this hotel and everything works fine, but I have a recommendation, maybe the room needs to be installed with full carpet, it will feel more luxurious and warm, which can level up the guest experience.
